We popped in for a night to attend a concert. Worked out well for us. There was def noise from the pool since we were near it

Very good room for a reasonable price, and it comes with a free cookie. Shuttle isn’t 24/7 so you have to watch out for that. There is a pool outside.

We had multiple reservations for the same room type. The others arrived before us and got rooms on 3rd floor. They put us on the 5th floor because they said we had a "business class" room. The only difference we saw, and confirmed with hotel staff, was two small throw pillows on the couch. Then the elevators broke. No accommodation for having to carry our luggage down 5 flights of stairs. The front desk even charged me for a cup of coffee even though the elevators were broken. They do not care at all, they got my money and I can just piss off.

The water from the shower was REALLY COLD warm water came and went but really cold. I called front desk the night I got there they said they would call back never did I had to call next morning

Only issue we had was during check out, the elevators were both broken so we had to carry heavy luggage down the stairs in the rain. Other than that the property was great. Our room was spacious it was set up like a single bedroom apar**ent. There were multiple ways to get into the property, gates by each end of the building with keycard entry. I love the fact that they had games in the courtyard to keep everyone entertained. The pool was heated. They also had a restaurant with a bar inside of the hotel.

The decor was awful, couldn't get hot water ,bad shower pressure, bathroom lighting was terrible for putting on makeup.
