Valley Village Phu Quoc

Avoid this hotel! They canceled our confirmed booking (made in Sep 2025) right before our Jan 2026 trip when prices went up. First, they lied about a "former employee's mistake." Then they confessed in emails that our old price wasn't profitable for them anymore. They left our family without a hotel for two weeks! Total scammers. Can't be trusted.

My wife and I stay at Valley Village 4 days. We booked a pool view bungalow, service was flawless, breakfast was decent, a special thanks to Tâm and Phát for making our stay a pleasant one. I do recommend this resort.

The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to assist with a smile and go above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable. They also provided excellent recommendations for local activities, adding a personal touch to the experience. The accommodation itself blended seamlessly with the environment, with cozy bungalows surrounded by tropical gardens. The air was fresh, and the surroundings so calming—perfect for anyone looking to reconnect with nature. Whether lounging by the pool, exploring the nearby trails, or simply relaxing in the serene environment, every moment at Valley Village felt rejuvenating. If you’re looking for a place that offers both natural beauty and a warm, inviting atmosphere, this is the perfect spot. I can’t wait to return!

Fantastic welcoming getaway location The service was exceptional with the team being welcoming and friendly. Rooms are clean. They have outdoor (enclosed) bathrooms. As a family of 5 we had a double (adjoining) bungalow and the older kids had that and we shared the next room with our youngest. Drinking water and fridge provided. Lovely breakfast served daily with local food and fruits, pancakes and toasts with omelette or eggs made fresh. There is a pool with a bar on site. Valley village offer an electric car tk the main road where there are bars and restaurants or to the nearby beach. Amazing location

This accommodation was amazing. The resort was beautifully located in the jungle, with a nice pool and the cabin we stayed in was very clean. The outdoor bathroom was also a nice touch. But what really stood out here was the service. Right from the start we felt very welcome, and during our entire stay we felt that way. Very kind and helpful staff, going out of their way to help us with whatever. Because the resort is in the jungle, it was a bit away from the buzzing main street but there was always someone who would shuttle us to and back from the main street for free. Would definitely recommend everyone to stay here if you want to treat yourself!

We stayed a Valley Village for 4 nights and really enjoyed our stay! Our host, Quynh, was so lovely and friendly. She went out of her way to make us feel welcome and ensured our stay was enjoyable. The room was clean and comfortable, and I loved the outdoor shower. The property is surrounded by greenery, and it is super relaxing listening to all the sounds of nature. The accommodation is located about 1km from the main road and restaurants. You can hire a scooter to explore the island. Breakfast was amazing, with plenty of options available.
