Phu Quoc Eco Beach Resort Reviews

The hotel is very old, the service attitude is very poor, I need to use their luggage cart after buying things, but they said there is no luggage cart, and there are insect carcasses in the bathroom, which have not been cleaned up for three days. The facilities are very poor, so I can only give one star

What a lovely resort. I wish we stayed here for the whole time, but glad we found it. Beautiful restaurants, spa, bungalows, beach and pool. Lovely staff.

Location far away but beautiful. Breakfast is ok. Do not rent motorbike because risk of bad functionality. Would not choose again this place

This is a beautiful hotel in the quiet Ong Long village of Phu Quoc island. The hotel is beautifully maintained with lush gardens and a lovely infinity pool. The customer service of the staff is excellent. Good buffet breakfast was provided with an omelette station and other local and western choices. We ate dinner twice at the hotel and enjoyed both meals though they were a little more expensive than what you would pay at the local restaurants. The hotel is situated on a nice little beach, unfortunately the beach restaurant was not operating due to lack of staff. We loved the rooms, the beds were huge and comfortable , and there was an outside bathroom which we enjoyed. Wifi was excellent. Overall we absolutely loved our stay at this hotel and would highly recommend

As the name of the resort suggests, it is an eco-friendly and unique place to experience, but it is located at a fairly inconvenient distance from visiting tourist attractions or going to the market. In particular, the breakfast and convenience of facilities are quite disappointing compared to the price.

The rooms are very ecological seaside villas, including duplexes, townhouses and single-family villas, with swimming pools and private beaches! In particular, the service of the hotel staff is very good! Very friendly! Be helpful! The children had a great time and left a good impression. They are already planning to stay and play in this hotel again!

The staff were friendly and the pool and sea views were great. However, cockroaches appeared in the dormitory ㅜㅜ If the key was not inserted in the dormitory, the air conditioner did not work, which was a bit inconvenient, but overall it was good. The view is nice and the breakfast is delicious.

Fabulous. We had an amazing week. Special thanks to Long for his welcome in the morning and fantastic Pho and Omelettes, also to Tonny and Thai on reception. Extensive breakfast, beautiful setting, gorgeous beach and pool. All the staff were professional and very helpful. We arranged a number of trips and transport from the hotel.

Wonderful. Set in a beautiful, calm location. Friendly, efficient and welcoming staff made our holiday one to remember. Our bungalow was extremely comfortable. The gardens were beautifully maintained and the beach was kept clean. Food was of a very high standard.

Completely refreshing and relaxing. The bungalows are very comfortable, the private beach is paradise, and the team is lovely and welcoming. The additional services (massage, scooter/bike/kayak rental) and the restaurant/bar provide a huge advantage to this very peaceful establishment.

One of the nicest places we have ever stayed. The cabins are fantastic and the staff went above and beyond to improve our stay and help us book fantastic excursions around the island. Would recommend to anyone. Watching the sunset from the private beach and the infinity pool were absolute highlights.

This Resort is lovely. Beautiful grounds, cabins, beach, pool and restaurant over the water! Breakfast free when staying here and they serve a wide variety. I must admit “ All “ the staff makes you feel at home and become family! Lunch and dinner at restaurants are delicious and the staff is always smiling. We have come from the United States for the last two years

A wonderful experience from start to finish. Beautiful room with sea view and unusual outdoor bathroom within the room. Very quiet place, breakfast was beautiful and the restaurant food was excellent too. All the staff were wonderful, we took the snorkelling trip from the hotel which was good value and really fantastic. They have bikes to borrow and scooters to hire. Lots of restaurants close by too. Highly recommend for a good rest.
