Ровно год назад мы искали виллу для отдыха в этом году на Пхукете и посмотрели несколько объектов, в том числе и виллу в этом комплексе, были очарованы видом, который нам продемонстрировали в одном из юнитов, сказать честно нам было дороговато, но мы так любим вид на море, что поднапряглись и арендовали эту виллу. Однако даже представить не могли, что хитрые тайцы и удивительной наглости дамочка Жанна владелица компании Get your Phuket разведут нас как детей. Так как основным моментом для нас был вид, то несколько раз в переписке мы просили прислать вид именно с той виллы которая нами арендована ( всего 4 виллы в комплексе) но в силу известных событий , внимание было рассеяно , и мы оплатили не дождавшись фото. Вы даже представить не можете наше разочарование , когда приехав мы увидели вместо моря крышу нижестоящей виллы . На наш законный вопрос ответили, что скажите спасибо, что вообще поселили, а то все пересдают виллы дороже так как в этом году бум. Теперь о вилле- 3 нелели у нас воняло так, что пропахли все вещи. Трудолюбивые тайцы ремонтировали что могли- вскрывали потолки во всех комнатах, чистили кондиционеры, но не могли найти причину . Разложили ароматизаторы, прыскали освежителями, честно сказать, испытание не для слабонервных. В итоге более менее нормализовали ситуацию, но все 3 месяца регулярно начинало вонять в разных комнатах и на улице. Нас спасли 4 спальни, всегда была свободная. Полы были грязные , мы так и не смогли добиться, чтобы их хотя бы раз помыли, уборщица мела веником. 3 взмаха на 50 м ) Да, и еще, так называемые виллы это вовсе не виллы, а дома на 3 квартиры , причем два таунхауса , а над ним еще квартира, где постоянно ходят у тебя над головой , совсем не это ожидаешь
