Good spot for old town phuket trip. You can just walk to explore. Room is spacious and clean good lay out, design, clean . Love the location. Raintree spa inside hotel. Many good restaurants nearby . I suggest Hana ramen and cafe. Japanese authentic . Convenient store . One thing the adapter should have cover from water next to the sink is quite dangerous.

The Location is pretty good. phuket old town, bookstore, 7-11, pharmacy is within walking distance. The service is average. Cleanliness is the only problem for me. The bed is clean, the bathroom is also clean. But the spider web iwere there from the first day until the very last moment that we checked out.

It’s great location in Phuket town, just a few minutes away from walking street. Staff is friendly and helpful when my mom requests for more blanket and we got it very soon. Even they are a small boutique hotel but the breakfast wasn’t bad as pictures. Only thing is the room that we got it was huge and AC in the room is too small to make it cold enough specially in the afternoon after checked in

Rooms: level 4 rooms that were newly renovated are ok. But level 3 rooms are old and not well maintained. We stayed in level upon checked in but we changed a room due to a blocked sink. Following nights were horrible. Dark and old rooms. Air con was not cold and we were sweating at night. Was hearing some animals crawling and digging noise from the ceiling in the middle of night. Couldn’t sleep and were terrified. There are many more better hotel than this. Disappointed at the staff that did not offer to change our room upon hearing the mid night noises.

Room is quite big. Near old town area and hotel downstair restaurant is amazing.

This was such a great hotel. It was clean and very convenient to our travel plans. We would definitely recommend to anyone coming to Phuket.

Lives up to its 3 star rating, offering a gym, restaurant and spa. Sino House is about 300m from a shopping plaza which contains the 'Pint Factory', and would be just 500m from Old Town tourist streets. Standard double rooms are as advertised, about 32m2 with king bed, refrigerator, sofa, table, and plenty of wardrobe space. Bed is comfortable. There are sockets either side, including usb ports, and lighting controls. The bathroom (shower) is separated from the toilet, and the vanity mirror and wash basin occupies a space adjacent to the ensuite bathroom. There is a single elevator that services only the 5 floors, so fast access isn't usually a problem. The service is good here. I requested a room change because the aircon was ineffective and they granted the request immediately. Overall a decent mid range accommodation choice for Phuket Old Town.

Good hotel Everything at walking distance

I always choose this hotel when I visited to Phuket and especially!! there are a counter, plates, microwave, spoon and fork that so convenient like at my house. ^^ love it❤️👍

Location is great...right out of the old town but still very close to walk anywhere. Clean place with fun character...would definitely stay here again and recommend this to anyone.

Good location in Phuket town by the main road easy way to walking around opposite hotel there is 7/11 and very close to shopping mall in a few minutes walking distance.
