We spent a lovely 2 weeks at the Pamookkoo in July. The staff were amazing and very helpful, making our stay very memorable and enjoyable. In particular, Aud, the friendly restaurant manager, always made sure to check with us at breakfast to make sure everything about our stay was going well. The buffet breakfast was varied and had options for everyone. Our children loved the pool facilities and spent many afternoons swimming and using the water slides. There were plenty of sun loungers and we could always find space with some shade. Our youngest loved the pizza made fresh at the nearby restaurant beside the pool while our oldest tried out boxing lessons at the kids club. The room we had was spacious and the kids liked their bunk beds. There were several times that housekeeping missed changing the bed sheets but they quickly respond and corrected any issues.

Nice hotel overall. Great location and friendly staff. The only downside was that the room didn’t come with an iron, we had to go to a room at lobby to do ironing there. Still, a decent stay for the price.

Hotel was great. Great location, great for family with young kids, staff were all friendly and helpful, room was great. Just had a small issue with ants , but room service cleaned up and sorted. Busy also say, the food. Well worth it. All in all a great stay there. Regret not staying here the whole 2 weeks . Will definitely book here again. 10/10

We visited during the rainy season for a family vacation, and the resort catered very well to families with young children. The water park was well-equipped, and there were plenty of activities available for all ages. The food offerings were sufficient and met the needs of all guests. However, one concern was the high number of pigeons in the dining area, which may pose hygiene issues and potential health risks.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay at Pamookkoo. Location was perfect, walking distance to everything in Kata. Our room was clean and well equipped and my 6YO enjoyed all the water slides. Unfortunately most guests did not speak English so it was difficult to find other children to play with. The kids club was fantastic and my child was always asking to go play there. Breakfast options were plentiful and we were always able to find a seat but wow it was chaos. We would stay again.

It has been a wonderful experience for my family. The room is big enough to accommodate all of us (5 ppl). Very nice swimming pool and facilities which my kids really enjoyed. Nice location. The breakfast was nice but seems insufficient tables to address all guests at peak hours.
