Room is spacious, clean and a great view.
Hotel located with some distance from the attraction locations, so while it’s a bit inconvenient, but you get a more peaceful environment.

"I stayed at Cape Panwa Hotel for a few nights and honestly, it was great! The room was super comfy and I loved the big balcony with the awesome beach view. It’s such a peaceful place, perfect if you just want to relax and enjoy nature. The location on the quiet peninsula makes it really private too. The staff was friendly and helpful, which was definitely a bonus. I definitely plan to come back next time I visit Phuket! Would recommend Cape Panwa Hotel if you want a chilled, beautiful beach getaway."

"We had a wonderful experience at Andaman Beach Hotel handwritten collection . The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, providing excellent customer service throughout our stay. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable with beautiful views. "A good hotel, located within easy reach of central Patong. We stayed here as a family of three. We booked the Family Room, which has two bedrooms. The room was great, two bathrooms, really comfortable beds. The only issue we had with the room was that we found it a bit noisy. I think initially we were unlucky with particularly noisy neighbours, but we could hear people walking past our room very clearly - nothing major, but a good soundproof door would help.
Pool was lovely, it does have limited beds, but there was only one day during our stay they were all taken. The Kids Club is small, but was never very busy - the lady there, Pang, was lovely and really good with our son.
The majority of staff were very friendly, and greeted you with a smile. 3pm chocolate was a nice touch. I also read a few reviews about check-in being a bad experience - we arrived early in the morning and the staff checked us in quickly and were able to get our room ready for us before the official check-in time - thank you. After a long flight, that was very much appreciated."

"Location is very convenient for shopping, dining and drinks. The breakfast spread is quite impressive. The staff are all friendly and courteous, even upgraded me to a room with a balcony. Though the hotel is nice, it didn't feel like a 5-star hotel and couldn't justify the higher room rate. There weren't any bathrobes, no proper wardrobe or shelves to put our clothes. I did like my stay overall but to be frank, I will not stay again if it's at these room rates. There are a few other 4-star hotels in the same area there are quite comparable in comfort & service and at 4-star hotel rates."

"This was a lovely hotel and had one of the best roof pool so if you looking for a hotel with an amazing roof pool in Phuket Pa tong this is the one ! The lady manager was extremely focused and showed excellent leadership to her team. They gave me extra time to check out and were patient and understand with me as I missed the date of of check out ! "Room. Our stay at the 2 bedrm Club Suite was awesome! Next to Club Pakarang, we were just a few steps away from the infinity pool, gym, awesome view and daily happy hour. Room was clean and well kept too.
Breakfast. While breakfast at the main restaurant had an unbeatable spread, breakfast at clubhouse offered classy serving. We were pleasantly surprised with the offer of wild honey in addition to normal honey for our waffles, as well as cinnamon to go with our beverage.
Buggy service was nothing like some of the complaints we read. In fact, as we were staying by the clubhouse, buggies were often available even without our call.
Service. Above all, the Amari hospitality never fails! Service staff were always courteous, friendly and proactive. We were greeted even by staff who were going about their work or leaving the resort after their workday. While standing at the main entrance waiting for our taxi, they proactively directed us to seats and asked if they could help. These simple gestures go a long way to help us feel at ease and welcome.

"The location is fantastic. It's just a 7-8 minute walk to Kata Beach. A 7-Eleven and the Kata Night Market are right across from the hotel, and the airport bus route passes by, making it super convenient for meals and getting around. We booked a spacious suite for our family trip. We'd emailed the hotel in advance about bringing our child, and the sofa bed they set up was quite good. The decor feels quite new, and the room was spotlessly clean and tidy. The service was very friendly, though the staff's English accents were quite strong, so you might need to listen closely a few times. The breakfast selection was decent. The pool is a bit small and lacks a view, but it didn't affect our stay. Around a five-minute walk to the right from the hotel entrance, there's a chain coffee shop with air conditioning. The prices are comparable to what you'd find back home, so it's worth trying."

GGuest UserThe two-bedroom apartment is ideal for families with children. Overall, it was a good stay. It's very convenient for reaching the beach and dining options, with shuttle boat services and paid tuk-tuks available.
Upon check-in, a front desk staff member in a blue uniform initially assigned us a room at the very end of the secondary building. Although we had booked a lake view, the room's location meant we could hear motorcycles from the road and a noisy flock of birds in the garden downstairs. My booking notes were completely disregarded. I immediately called the front desk to request a room change, and a very kind and helpful staff member in a pink uniform then led us to a central room in the main building. The view from there was excellent; we could see both the lake and the distant sea right from our bed, and it was also very quiet. Many thanks to that lovely girl!
Overall, it would have been a perfect stay if not for that minor hiccup during check-in.

From the moment we arrived, Hyatt Regency Phuket impressed us with its stunning ocean views, beautifully landscaped grounds, and warm hospitality. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable — always friendly, attentive, and ready to help.
Our room was spacious, spotless, and came with a breathtaking view of the Sea. The breakfast buffet was outstanding, offering a wide variety of fresh and delicious choices. We also loved the pool area — perfect for relaxing while enjoying the sunset.
Special mention to the shuttle service that made getting around Patong and Kamala so convenient. The hotel truly offers a perfect balance of luxury, comfort, relaxing and great service.
We can’t wait to come back — highly recommended for anyone visiting Phuket!

Almost all staffs were distant and did not give out a five star hotel kind of services. Birthday arrangement was honored, thank you to the team. The pool was very nice and the activities were varied. The sea view was definitely the highlight of the experience. It was visible from almost everywhere in the hotel, and the teppanyaki restaurant, Gin, was exceptional. The chef was friendly, personable, and professional. The food was of good quality, and one of the older, elegant Thai-Chinese ladies providing service stood out, especially since the other staff members were less pleasant during our dining experience. We left feedback with their names in their internal feedback. Unfortunately, we were disappointed with the quality of the room and the air conditioning, which was a significant letdown, as well as the variety and overall spread of the breakfast.

Head to the nearby 7-Eleven to purchase a liquid electric repellent—it’s effective, especially since the hotel doesn’t provide one.

The front desk provides 24-hour service, and we wanted to buy something and ask for directions in the middle of the night, and the staff was very patient. The Chinese service makes it very convenient for us to order food and ask for directions. After storing the luggage, we walked around the Patong Beach hand in hand on the last day, which was a perfect ending.”

DDar BagsI was there during Christmas and it was good location close to Kamala beach (but will require you to cross a busy road). Restaurant staff was short and lunch was sad with wait time for one plate of food gone up to about an hour. Same with room service as no one ever picked up the phone.
