There's a lovely small beach with great snorkeling, loungers, a cafe, and a restroom, and again, hardly anyone there! Make sure to bring your water shoes. The breakfast selection is small, with a menu for hot dishes and a small buffet line. The coffee is excellent. I had lunch twice; one time it was delicious – spaghetti with scallops – but the second time, the duck confit was old and not very good. For dinner, we either drove or walked to the promenade, where there are many budget-friendly options. The buggies are helpful for navigating the hills. The staff is superb; they promptly resolve all issues. When it rained, they ran to the car with umbrellas to help us stay dry. We even received a room upgrade and were allowed a late check-out, which was incredibly convenient. Thank you for a wonderful stay!"

"I stayed at this hotel for three nights, and overall I had a wonderful experience. From the moment I checked in, the staff made a great first impression by allowing me to check in early because my room was already available. The room itself was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Although it overlooked the nearby village rather than the main view, I didn’t mind at all since I rarely opened the curtains anyway. Unfortunately, one experience at the pool bar on our last night nearly ruined an otherwise enjoyable stay. We had bought KFC for dinner and simply wanted some ice. A hotel staff member suggested that we ask the pool bar for it. When we arrived, I noticed there was an air-conditioned restaurant area, so I politely asked for a cup of ice and whether we could enjoy our takeaway there. The lady working at the bar told me that it would be fine as long as we ordered at least one drink. That seemed perfectly reasonable, so I ordered a Mai Tai. However, I immediately noticed that she seemed annoyed. My boyfriend also commented that she came across as quite rude. While we were waiting for my drink, the lady spoke to her colleague loudly enough for me to hear. She asked, “Where are these people going to sit? If they’re sitting in the A/C room, I’m afraid it’s going to smell bad.” Her colleague looked visibly uncomfortable, as though he didn’t know how to respond. At that point, the atmosphere had become so awkward that my boyfriend suggested we simply return to our room to eat instead. What disappointed me most was not the policy itself. If takeaway food wasn’t allowed in the restaurant, that would have been completely understandable. What wasn’t acceptable was being told we could stay if we purchased a drink, only to be made to feel unwelcome after I had already ordered one. It felt misleading and unnecessarily embarrassing. I also don’t understand the concern about food smells, considering the air-conditioned area is a restaurant where people eat throughout the day. I would also like to mention that the gentleman serving us was polite, friendly, and professional. He seemed uncomfortable throughout the interaction and appeared to be seeking approval from the lady before responding to my questions. If she is the pool bar manager, I believe her attitude, communication, and customer service fall well below the standard expected in a hospitality role. In the end, we spent 280 THB on a Mai Tai, received a cup of ice, and left with an unpleasant experience that overshadowed an otherwise excellent stay. Despite this incident, I would still recommend the hotel because the rest of the staff and facilities were excellent. However, I would advise future guests to avoid the pool bar until the customer service there improves."

All the hotel staff are incredibly friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. You can feel the high level of service and a genuine desire to make guests' stays comfortable. The breakfasts here are simply magnificent – some of the best we've had in Thailand. There's a huge selection of dishes to suit every taste: a variety of pastries, a chocolate fountain, Nutella and peanut butter, several types of meat, fish, sushi rolls, chicken shawarma, and much more. Everything is beautifully presented, and the dishes are constantly replenished; nothing runs out, even closer to the end of breakfast service. We stayed in a sea-view room, and this view was the highlight of our stay at the hotel. The panorama is so breathtaking that it feels like you're on an observation deck with a nearly 240-degree view. The glass balconies and floor-to-ceiling panoramic doors allow you to enjoy the sea even without leaving your room. The room itself is very cozy and pleasant, and the hotel grounds are well-maintained, green, and very photogenic. The pool is nice and comfortable, although the stunning views remained the main draw of the hotel for us. The location is also good: if you're traveling by scooter or car, you can reach Patong in just a few minutes. Walking isn't very convenient, but this wasn't a drawback for us. Kalima Resort left us with very fond memories. It's a place we'd love to return to for the amazing views, excellent service, and truly luxurious breakfasts."

We booked taxi to the airport, they took all the payment in advance. 2. The driver was very rash. She kept talking and texting on the phone all the way. When we asked her to stop, she rudely responded okay, but anyways kept checking her WhatsApp messages while driving. Attaching photos of the van for proof. 3. The resort reception booked phi phi island day tour for us, promised a kayaking boat, limited people on speedboat but to our disappointment - - the boat was full of people with not enough space to sit. Many had to stand - the lunch place at phi phi was below average, too much crowd again with no space to sit. - no kayaking boat was provided at island as promised. They asked to pay extra after arriving at the island. Name: only one phuket tours company - no refund was provided. - resort reception turns deaf if you go with feedback. - All the smiles and welcome disappear after you make the payment ------------ For the resort stay: 1. You can order food from outside but cannot eat inside your room. They don't provide plates or cutlery. 2. No microwave to heat your food 3.
