I had a great stay at the ***** Patong! The pool was definitely a standout for me—clean, spacious, and with a relaxed vibe, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring the city. The views from the pool area were beautiful, and it was always well-maintained.
The hotel itself was comfortable and offered excellent value for money. My room was clean and cozy, with all the basic amenities needed for a pleasant stay. The staff were friendly and attentive, always ensuring that I had everything I needed.
Overall, I enjoyed my time at the ***** Patong and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a good place to stay in Patong with a great pool!

You know overall, it was an OK place to stay, but the markup for the Christmas and New Year’s season was unforgivable for what the hotel actually offers. I would say this is a great place to stay off-season when the price matches the services and the value of the room amenities.

***** Patong is located strategically along the streets of Patong whereby everything is walking distance from the hotel.
Hotel's staff was very polite and professional throughout the stay. Even the housekeeping staff bumped into at the coridors were very warm with thier greetings.
The "Deluxe King Room City View" room was really good; spacious, clean washroom, nice facilities and amenities in the room along with a good selection of TV channels and YouTube on the TV as well.
Hotel has a great "infinity kind" swimming pool on the 2nd floor which is nice.
The breakfast buffet was bare minimum but alright for a hotel standard buffet. (would not recommend if not included in the room)
Laundry at the hotel is $70 bhat rather than $50 bhat from outside. (takes a day for your clothes to be ready)
All in all, a very good stay as its a just a straight walk towards Bangla Street and plenty of food, massage options along the hotel. The street to go towards the beach also is nearby the hotel (across) and parking is easy (if driving).

If you are travelling with your kids you can ask for connected rooms, overall the hotel is decent and the location is convenient to travel to other places

I will be honest and just say that the room was not bad. The bed was nice and the room was well cleaned.
And jumping into the horrible experience.
The key card ( which is something plenty provided in other hotel) was expensive out of the blue. And if you lost it. You will be fined 500 Baht!!!
The orders was bad as well. I mean we most of the time we had to call multiple times for the request.
Aside from the room, any other facility was not good at all.
And the laundry, man. One time we were out of cash and my card did not work with their payment machine. The laundry man told me that he is canceling the order with even asking me first. I even showed him my bank account balance just to show him that I have the money.
He just said no cancel. I had to be angry just for him to confirm and asked one of my friend to go to the ATM. Not to mention that they delivered it late.
I loved Phuket. And I am coming back. And I am definitely not gonna be back to this hotel.
