I book the rooms for swimming pool, but when we check in at 7pm, swimming pool closed, can’t use, and we go to pier at 9am, so never have time to use it

There was a cockroach in the villa room I was checked in to and had a lot of ants as well as spiders. I didn’t find the room to be very well maintained but the staff were very accommodating and changed my room to another one that was closer to the seaside. The remainder of my stay was definitely comfortable. In terms of the location, it is more down south towards the east end of phuket and very close to rawai beach as well as ya noi beach.

Taking a taxi to the hotel felt that the location was a bit out of the way, but the hotel was okay as it was right on the beach. Stayed for one night temporarily before landing on the island. The room in the courtyard was quite quiet. The facilities were a bit rudimentary and the breakfast was average.

At this price, it has a sea view, a pool view, a big room, and breakfast is included. It takes 12 minutes to walk to the main street. We rent a car, and the breakfast is delicious and varied. It is a first-class vacation.
