I was looking for a room for two nights and was completely satisfied with the choice. Excellent location, five minutes to the beach, all shops, restaurants right at the exit. Beautiful view of the mountains. Good mattress, stable internet. Tired plumbing and toilet seat, but ok for two days. This is probably the only negative. We checked in at half past eleven at night without any problems. And inexpensive. In terms of price-quality ratio - excellent. There has been construction going on outside the window since the morning, but I sleep with earplugs and it didn’t bother me. But in the evening it is quiet, there are no sounds from the street.

We rested from April 13 to April 24. We got from the airport without problems, check-in was written from 14:00, we arrived at about 10:00, the keys to the room were given around 11. The room has everything you need (for 3 stars - good air conditioning, TV , large balcony with furniture, safe, etc.). The hotel has a gym - but few people use it, on the second floor there is a dining room (we took breakfast, buffet style - there are no big delights, but there is a choice, it is prepared with high quality). The room is cleaned every day, but there is a do not disturb sign (they hung it up once, but even then they called after lunch and asked about the need for cleaning, there is a kettle, 2 bottles of water, tea and coffee). It’s a 5-minute walk to the sea along the road with a bunch of cafes and shops, on the beach there are sunbeds for 100 Baht, the sea is clean, the shore is sandy. The hotel left a positive impression despite the 3 stars!!!

It's so noisy, just like a hotel. Don't stay there. There are many good hotels to choose from for a few hundred to 600 yuan more. The hotel is right on the street. There are many people driving motorcycles on the street in the middle of the night. It's very noisy, really noisy.

It is a ten-minute walk from Karon Beach and a one-minute walk from 711. The location is good. The noodle shop opposite is delicious. It is like an apartment converted from a residential building. The decoration is relatively simple, but it is still clean. It is facing the street and there are motorcycle sounds. Closing the balcony door can basically filter out 80% of the sound. There are no slippers or disposable toiletries, so you need to bring your own.

I am very satisfied with the hotel. Although it is on the roadside, it is not noisy at all at night. It is also very close to the beach and takes no more than 10 minutes to walk. It is a very good stay experience.

Exchange office with a favorable rate right at the entrance to the hotel. There's a good massage parlor next door. Friendly staff. We shared the iron for free, but you can leave a tip. Cleaning daily. Plumbing, furniture, air conditioning are in order. Comfortable beds. For an additional 500 baht you will be given a room with a view of the Big Buddha, but you might be lucky. There is a decent gym and a pretty decent children's room. It is very convenient with children, you can leave them there for a while. We chose from similar accommodation options for a family with 2 children and chose this one for its proximity to the beach and cost. We were satisfied. If you are looking for good value for money, I recommend it
