There is ample driveway space as well as street parking.DETAILS TO NOTE: - Pool is NOT heated, but does receive direct sunlight all day long. The temperature is typically consistent with the Gulf’s.- Cars can be heard from outside the residence since it backs up to trees lining a main road.- Snakes, lizards and bugs (such as ants, mosquitos, palmetto bugs, etc) are all native to our area. The house is treated regularly, but guests may still encounter any of the above. This is Florida— bugs happen! No refunds, no host liability.- SmartTV’s with Netflix access. Guests will need to provide their own credentials for alternative streaming applications. No basic cable. - There are security cameras around the perimeter of the house (which are not monitored while the home is occupied).
