"The staff was great and very helpful, especially Randy as others have stated.  The location was also great.  However, one of the windows were broken in the room (on the 11th floor) and the cleaning service was terrible.  Upon arrival, we didn't even have hand soap in our room.  They don't clean at all, not even the bathroom nor vacuum.  They just take out the garbage and replace towels.  We didn't even get refreshed supplies like toilet paper, soap, shampoo etc.  Most times we had to get our towels and soap from the front desk on our way in and carry it all up to our room."

"I had read some reviews expressing concerns about insects and cleanliness, but the room I stayed in (on the 3rd floor) seemed to have been renovated two weeks prior, as the furniture was new and the room was very clean. The breakfast was also delicious and more than sufficient for a free selection."

"Beautiful location right on the beach. Nice hotel with relatively modern rooms without carpeting. Rooms facing the sea are lovely. The bathroom wasn't perfectly clean. Relatively expensive, and parking costs $25 per day. Overall, the value for money is rather mediocre."

"The location is excellent, it is next to two good hotels, the pool is divine, it has an exceptional view and although they close it at sunset, if you wish, you can go to the hotel next door, which is the Holiday, the rooftop bar is very nice and the shepard which is the other hotel has a night club and a good nightlife."

"The hotel’s location is excellent, as it’s right on the beach. The staff was generally helpful and willing to assist guests, which I appreciated. However, there’s a significant issue with parking. The hotel doesn’t have enough parking spaces, and although there are five spots directly in front of the property, the valet staff blocks them off to avoid walking across the avenue to the main parking area. The hotel also seems to be undergoing renovations or repairs, making it difficult to reach the reception and inconvenient to move around the premises. As for the room, the air conditioning was not functioning properly. We spent two uncomfortable nights in the heat, constantly sweating, and my 9-year-old child kept waking up throughout the night due to the temperature. In the bathroom, the complimentary shampoo, conditioner, and liquid soap were all heavily diluted with water. While I understand these are free amenities, I still believe it’s worth mentioning. By the way, I recommend the restaurant; it's excellent."
