1、前台拿規章制度辦事過於死板，看到顧客明顯不高興未能及時安撫和協助，包括要求見店長話語後，仍然強調製度～要不是開車太累立即換酒店 2、果盤不高級，不符合開元調性～更像是快捷風～ 3、床上各種污漬，四個枕頭（其中兩個枕頭帶有污漬），還有頭髮～太累懶得換房 4、早餐值得表揚，早上遇到穿西服管理者服務好，讓我們先吃飯，麪條煮好後送來， 5、退房時將問題反饋給了前台，至今未接到酒店經理致歉電話，衹能差評嘍

房間不錯👍……門面一般，內裏挺好不愧為開元品牌，早餐一般但對比平頂山其它酒店還是不錯的，下次繼續入住。

酒店位於平頂山新城區，周邊環境非常安靜。客房温馨舒適，佈置合理，落地窗、電動窗簾很贊。衞生間是智能馬桶，淋浴房熱水好水流大。一個小建議，洗手枱也可以放一個抽紙盒。
