Very satisfactory decoration, durable and beautiful! Although the outdoor unit of the air conditioner on the first floor is very loud, it is very quiet after closing the balcony glass door! Breakfast is a bit simple but still meets the general needs.

I was returning to Guangzhou during the Spring Festival holiday. I was stuck in traffic until about 12 o'clock in the evening and decided to book a hotel for a temporary stay. I found a double bed room on Ctrip that checked out from early morning to morning, but there was no room with a double bed available! After arriving, I expressed the hope that the front desk could change to a double bed room, but was rejected by the front desk, and I needed to add 50 yuan to change the room. This is a bit uncomfortable! Facilities: complete supporting facilities, swimming pool, indoor bathtub, parking is only next to the entrance, it seems that there is an underground parking lot, but it is not open! Hygiene: very clean Environment: The interior is decorated in a garden-style hotel, it looks like a palace to live in, and the surrounding environment outside the hotel is average, not clean! Service: There are not many service personnel, and there is only one front desk on duty. The cleaning lady helps to carry luggage, maybe it's because of the holiday!

大廳很氣派，但是房子內有些潮有些冷，開了空調又很乾，加濕器是壞的，房頂有黴斑，但是床墊真的是太舒服了，床墊好評。 每間房送兩瓶礦泉水，再多要兩瓶可以，要是再多要前台説就要收錢了，每間衹能送兩瓶。這點很無語，有些感冒需要多喝水。。

高速路過，堵車嚴重，對付一晚，基本符合預期。温德姆開在平樂很怪異，查出來的遊玩推薦都是20公里之外的陽朔。 房間空間不錯，床很舒服，熱水也沒有其他人評論的那樣小或者冷熱不均，寫字枱獲得小朋友的好評。 房間有個陽枱面積比較大，但是沒有擺放任何設施，也沒有景觀，除了站着抽煙沒有任何作用。 周邊應該是新區，美食集中在舊縣城那邊，得開車過去。 不知道是供暖設備還是其他什麼，有很明顯的低頻噪音，敏感的話會覺得影響休息。 如果高速路過需要在平樂住宿，可以選擇，專門過來毫無必要。

這個酒店有點糊弄人，自助早餐煮的雞蛋都煮不熟的….也真的是第一次遇到！

小縣城的服務沒跟上，主要問題如下 1、自駕過去的，車子衹能停露天的路邊 2、樓層的設計不太方便拿着大包小包的住客 3、第二晚的入住在凌晨和早上被一大堆迎親的人吵醒了，去前台反映也是愛理不理的態度

一直以來都很認可這個温德姆酒店，一直都追着這個品牌來住，高端大氣上檔次，如果景區附近有這個品牌的話，我首選考慮的，住得很舒服！希望越來越好，性價比越來越高！

酒店不大，沒有停車場。還有就是要上一層樓梯才到電梯。其他都挺好的
