房間挺不錯的，很乾凈。晚上酒店服務員送來歡迎水果和小老虎背包送，小朋友很喜歡，但希望前台的小姐姐小哥哥辦理入住時服務熱情一些就更完美了。

整體感覺：
除房間讚外其他一般，驚喜位所訂的房間附送了盲盒（老虎公仔背包一個，小孩超愛）。
住宿：
房間夠大，乾淨，冇異味，但房間走廊外有異味（需注意）。
周邊配套：
小，只有動物園，游泳池（在外的水上樂園內），而水上樂園則在5月1日後才對外開放，其他誤樂則需要去架車或滴滴去到平南廣場那邊。
食物：
早餐（酒店套餐包的自助早，食物按早餐來講種類算多，味道正常），午餐自費（按價格對比一般，圖片有收據和菜品），晚餐選了酒店自助餐（食物種類小，上菜不夠‘’客人‘’手快，量小，補得慢，要搶才有得吃，真無語 ）
酒店接待員工：服務態度良好，耐心解答
餐廳員工：除不斷提醒客人點評外，服務態度跟酒店接待一好。
建議：
除自助晚的食品外，每天的撩虎時間可以加長多一點，對住觀虎房間窗外應該增設一些合適虎B們的玩具或小爬架，去引領虎B們除撩虎餵食時間外也會到房間那邊給客人觀看，因為虎B們不會自行到觀虎房位置，客人沒有得與虎B們互動也其實可以不用住這麽高級的房，住普通的就可以（房間大小一樣但價具格差異）。
動物園應增設人手來減低因人手不足而導致的嚴重日久失修和不足人手而管理不到動物們的衛生環境身體狀況，希望動物園能慢慢增設人手提升園內／外的整體環境及衛生，這樣才能吸引更多的客人到來遊玩。

酒店位置交通便利，雖然己經開業3年設備看上去還很新，酒店大堂大氣上檔次，和一線城市的五星級有得一比，環境衞生總體良好，早餐出品雖然一般但明檔的阿媽，熱情主動，餐廳的哪個老虎看上去很瘦弱，建議加強養護加大現場講解的力度，價格實恵些會再次入住。

酒店大堂高大上，房間很大，是目前睡過床墊最舒服的酒店，不會太軟太陷，枕頭貼心準備了普通和慢回彈兩個可選。早上還聽到酒店圈養老虎的吼叫聲，感覺很特別。自助早餐種類豐富。動物園可以喂長頸鹿，熊等，和動物的距離感很近。去回來都不想再去南寧動物園了。酒店和動物園的體驗感都很好，不管是孩子還是大人都期待再去。

小孩很喜歡這個酒店，每次來都要住這裏看老虎。這次來看到酒店新增了老虎的吉祥物，還多了卡通圖案的枕頭和床圍。因為是晚上到早上要出去，就沒有訂5樓和老虎同層，選了7樓的觀虎房，早餐時去餐廳看老虎。但我覺得觀虎是這裏唯一的優勢，酒店位置離城區中心還是比較遠，打車都要20多分鐘。但好處是離高鐵站比較近。

酒店各項設施齊全，乾淨衞生，大堂及餐廳的服務員態度都很好，感覺比較舒服。
動物園和水上樂園離酒店正門很近，有專屬通道可以走過去，很方便。
動物園裡的動物種類也不少，大馬戲值得一看，非常佩服裏面參演的少年們，少年強則國強！動物狂歡是新增的項目，動物撒歡起來可可愛愛的，投味互動的性價比非常高，值得推薦！
我們開電瓶車走在路上還遇到一些“偷溜”出來的動物，有趣極了。
在房間內部能看到老虎，能讓孩子安靜觀察很長時間，大人可以藉此機會休息一下😺😺
室外的水上樂園很不錯，場地寬敞，大人可以玩輕功水上漂的項目，小朋友玩的滑滑梯什麼的應有盡有了。
