Love the room and layout. Very spacious and location of the hotel is very convenient - minutes walk from the Kenting Arch bus stop; 6-8mins walk to Kenting night market. Uncle at the reception desk is also very friendly. Check-in time is up to 11pm, which is great for us. Overall enjoyed our time here very much.

The equipment and bathrooms are good. The store owner is very considerate. There is a beautiful view and coffee on the top floor. However, there were tourists next door who made noise all night, so I couldn't have a good rest. The soundproofing equipment can be improved.

The place was transformed from a vacation home to a rural feel. It was strange that you had to register at a far intersection to check in to the hotel. There was no clear reminder.
