服務態度極差，諮詢過程中，前台的態度愛答不理，一句所謂的老闆規定給予回絕！納悶是哪個大老闆？給予員工這樣的培訓方式，以這樣的服務待人？讓員工如此有底氣？一個以度假村為目的地遊玩場所，也不過如此！

淋浴的噴頭都發黴了。上一個客人的髮圈都還掛在那裡。。衞生就挺差，床很硬。但是這個價格來説還是很便宜ba。還是把衞生搞搞好ba。民宿吃飯的性價比還是很高的。泳池水很臟。。

所有景區都沒營業，吃飯沒地方吃玩沒地方玩餐廳沒開業，想過去游泳説泳池種菜了，都不會提前説下掀開被子還有小昆蟲真的是奔潰啊

#好評#對床品舒適度，房內採光，安全性，鄰近活動滿意；无论住宿还是周边的环境都很优雅幽静，无论是一个人还是携带家人，都是身心最好的去处。
小木屋的设计也很让人舒服内部的设施完善，居住方便。
服务人员真诚、贴心、热心，让人有回家的亲切感。
特别是离主景区很近，可以步行游玩东西洞景区，包括瀑布群、仙姑洞、会文书院、观音洞等景观。
非常好的体验，下次还会再来！

服務：來到這邊遇到民宿的老闆了 真的好熱情 還請我吃他們自己種的西瓜 好甜 前台小姐姐和阿姨都好温柔 又給我送水送泡麪的大熱天的真的很辛苦
交通：在半山腰上 停車場有4個 雖然有點迷糊 但是他們有發貼心的指路視頻 車子也可以直接開到總枱上面 就很棒
環境：整體好大哦 還有很漂亮的草坪和鞦韆 就是很單純的美好 日出夕陽都超級美的 當天正好在會文谷的書房碰到火燒雲了
房間有點小北歐木屋的感覺 床也挺軟的
晚上燒烤廣場也好熱鬧 煙火人間的感覺 雖然我是一個人去的 但是還是和會文谷的小哥哥小姐姐一起玩 哈哈 她們正好團建給我蹭到了
就是可惜他們的泳池還沒建好 建好了 肯定多來幾次

回到自己的家鄉，住上這樣環境的山景房非常愜意，到達酒店辦入住老闆娘給一塊西瓜🍉真是特別甘甜，當地的瓜，後來還免費升級了套房簡直了，下面有視頻，一個人住大的不要不要滴！清晨醒來在陽台上一杯清茶🍵呼吸新鮮空氣，滿眼綠色植被，環境安靜的就像是包了一座山。哈哈！
