I checked in on May 4th, and it felt like the B&B's management was still quite inexperienced or under-resourced. There were far too few staff members. I arrived at the front desk around 2 PM, found no one, and had to wait for a significant amount of time. Even calls to the manager went unanswered. When staff eventually showed up to check me in, they only handed over two room cards and didn't mention or provide any toiletries like toothbrushes. By 9 PM, there was no one downstairs, and I couldn't get in touch with anyone. The QR code next to the bed, presumably for ordering services, also didn't work, meaning we couldn't order anything in the evening. For a B&B that's reportedly been operating for two to three years, this level of service and management is quite disappointing.
