酒店位置方便，裝修風格挺好，服務也挺熱情，但作為四鑽酒店，客房配備的客耗品就相對簡陋了，沒有毛巾浴巾，衹給了一條一次性浴巾（超薄），真的是要讓客人一條浴巾從頭擦到腳嗎？回訪説可以去前台要正常的毛巾浴巾，可入住的時候也沒給客人提醒。牙刷也是超薄，兩排刷毛太難用了。除了礦泉水，茶包都沒有，真的是四鑽高檔酒店嗎？要加油了哦。

怡致酒店是今年新開業的，酒店設施齊全，酒店有自己的停車場，前台小姐姐給我們一行6人升級了豪華標間，房間寬敞明亮床品全新舒適，衞生更是沒的説，體驗感非常好，來平遙古城的朋友們，我強烈推薦怡致酒店，酒店可以直接約到古城觀光車（包車）離古城不遠可以到酒店接人，跟在古城包車一樣價格省去自駕過去，平遙古城很大主要收費的景點分散步行很累，建議大家人多包車很划算再找位講解員讓你遊玩的體驗感非常棒

我和老伴還有妹妹妹夫，很早就策劃著山西的旅遊，這次我們選擇從北京自駕遊的方式到山西，第一站就來到了平遙。我們在網上經過反覆篩選，選擇了廣受好評的怡致酒店。這家灑店離平遙古城北門很近，有很大的停車場，酒店用品都很好，乾淨衞生，服務人員都很熱情，工作態度都很認真負責，下次到平遙古城，一定還選擇入住怡致酒店。

酒店地理位置優越距離古城北門非常近，交通十分便利僅需幾分鐘步行。設施非常新而且智能，房間乾淨整潔，在古城遊玩一天回來後住得非常舒適。前台工作人員的服務態度極佳，主動熱情。早餐品種也很多 非常不錯的一次體驗

這家酒店離古城不遠，是新開業的，但是房間裏倒是沒有什麼裝修味道，通風不錯，酒店房間不大，各項設施還是齊全的，房間內外也挺乾淨，唯一不足就是房間服務沒有跟上，衞生間廁紙還有房間抽紙都沒有補上，希望改進一下！

這次入住體驗超棒！酒店地理位置絕佳，周邊交通便利，無論是逛街還是去景點都很方便。一進大堂，寬敞明亮的環境搭配温馨的香氛，瞬間讓人放鬆下來～房間乾淨整潔，設施齊全又嶄新，床品柔軟舒適，一覺睡到天亮。衞浴間乾濕分離，洗漱用品品質也很高。
