The staff were friendly, the courtyard and pool were nice, and the breakfast was good. But the room was very basic, not comfortable, and gave directly only the street. (Others seemed to open directly onlo the busy courtyard or lobby). Free wifi, but no potable water for drinking. The hotel’s parking was full so we had to park on the street. The hotel would have been fine for. Lower price.

Fiquei no apartamento 25. Quarto amplo. Cama queen confortável, travesseiros bons, roupas de cama de qualidade. Banheiro também amplo, com uma bancada grande na pia, chuveiro razoável com pouca pressão na saída da água e toalhas limpas, mas velhas, meio desgastadas. Internet no quarto funcionou bem. Café da manhã sensacional, com muitas variedades de quitandas e salgados. A área da piscina é pequena, com pouco espaço de circulação. Aliás, na pousada há pouca área disponível para circulação. Estacionamento pequeno.

A reserva foi pelo Booking, fiz também contato c a pousada referente ao pagamento. Até aí tudo bem, animada em conhecer Pirinopolis tendo como objetivo curtir a natureza e gastronomia do local, especialmente descansar. Fiz a pesquisa sobre a pousada e a avaliação foi ótima. No checkin me alocaram no quarto número 1 ao lado do balcão da recepção, a porta menos de 1 metro. Para se ter uma ideia se uma pessoa estiver sendo atendida tem que pedir licença para entrar no quarto. que meu quarto 1, ao lado da recepção e de frente p rua! Tentei troca mas não tive atenção da recepção para isso. O quarto tem um bom tamanho, mas a noite é muito claro, a cortina não tira toda claridade da janela, “entra” claridade pelas fretas da porta. O banheiro com Mofo no teto e água do Box não escoa. Os travesseiros são ruins, o lençol é menor do que a cama. A pousada é agradável, piscina boa. Funcionários ok Mas a falta de atenção referente a minha insatisfação com o quarto me desagradou…

Um lugar super lindo de se ver, visual deslumbrante. As pessoas são extremamente atenciosas, o lugar é super limpo, agradável de se estar, agradável de se ficar, piscina quentinha, atendimento nota 10. Café da manhã super diversificado, super gostoso. Enfim, fiquei muito satisfeito e retornarei com certeza absoluta. Perto dos lugares mais frequentados e de sorveteria, lanchonete, restaurante.

Estivemos na pousada Vila Velha dos dias 16 a 18/7, e foi uma surpresa muito boa. A pousada fica no centro de Piri e o espaço é bem aconchegante. A piscina super limpa e bem cuidada . O serviço prestado pelos funcionários e petisco servido foi bastante saboroso. Os quartos bastante limpos e toalhas e roupas de cama também. Café da manhã delicioso com bastante variedade. Recomendo e retornaria a pousada. A única coisa que faria era o aquecimento da piscina.

Estrutura dos quartos é bem ruim: box quebrado e com buracos, mofo nas paredes, travesseiros ruins, fronhas e lençóis com manchas e bem gastos. São fornecidos apenas sabonetes. Limpeza tb é bem ruim: Não limparam, não arrumaram e não trocaram as toalhas do nosso quarto. Quando questionamos o esquecimento, justificaram que como recebiam muitas reclamações de hóspedes por terem arrumado o quarto (?!?) mudaram a regra para não arrumar, exceto quando solicitado diária e expressamente pelo hóspede. Como não nos avisaram no check-in, ficamos sem o Servico, pois nem imaginávamos que seria necessário pedir expressa e diariamente a limpeza… Único ponto positivo é a localização. Café da manhã tb é satisfatório apesar de muito simples. A cidade tem muitas opções melhores, na mesma faixa de preços. Evitem se hospedar aqui, se possível!
