Many hotels here seem to be like this in order to save costs but it will not be cold at night. The breakfast is also quite rich, it is a normal continental breakfast, basically all.

Very clean amd very comfortable with all of the necessary amenities. The breakfast was delicious and substantial and the wine was the best we had in Pisa! Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. We would highly recommend!

Great location with a terrace with the perfect view. Shame that the bar it is not open all day. It will be great to sit down and have a coffee/ drink/snack there. Also, there is no kettle or coffee machine in the room.
