AMAZING STAY! Great location, fantastic amenities and owners go out their way to make sure your stay is comfortable. Such a personal touch with time to talk between serving. Breakfast top notch and centred in town for walks and cafes. Shower and bed was great. Thank you Jackie we will be back x

Rosehill was in the centre of Pitlochry just off the main street so easy access for shops and restaurants. Met Johnny our host on booking in who gave us lots of information on where to eat and the Cidsan (Indian Restaurant) that he recommended was top notch. The rooms were excellent, clean, comfortable and the breakfasts were plentiful with good quality and choice. Would definitely stay there again.

The stay has been amazing. The owner was kind enough to wait for us despite being late and she was superkind. Rooms were lovely and clean. Breakfast was pleasant and both owners were supercharming. Definitely recomended!! Very well located and parking spaces

Superb B&B with comfortable pristine rooms. Great breakfast with great choices. Excellent central location. Extremely nice owner and staff. Usually choose Hotels but will definitely choose B&B in future. Loved our stay and would stay again for sure. Highly recommend without hesitation.

Great location in the centre of town. Rooms were all spotless, and the breakfast was amazing with plenty of options. Johnny was very welcoming and made us feel at home, offering suggestions on where to eat etc. Would definitely recommend this bed and breakfast.

Sorted out all the problems with rules and regs in the Airbnb industry in Scotland whilst we we there but had a first class stay in Jackie’s lovely Guest House. Excellent accommodation, great breakfast and good service - what could be better than that?

Made very welcome for a three night stay. Accommodation maintained to a good standard. Room very comfortable with excellent en suite walk in shower room. Both cooked & buffet breakfast of really good quality, well presented with a great choice. Certainly recommend.

Third time back here and always an amazing stay - bedrooms so clean and comfy Best breakfast so much choice to set you up for the day Wouldn’t stay anywhere else ! Perfect place just as you get into Pitlochery Also went to attached cafe ! Plenty of good cakes to choose from
