Arrived late ish. No pillows on bed. Asked reception for pillows who said the laundry is closed?? Towels aren’t changed daily which I personally think is disgusting. I change my towels daily at home.

The hotel is popular, large, noisy, conveniently located.
Our acquaintance with the hotel began with a negative note.
We booked a room for 3 people. We got to the hotel at 2 am, fortunately the reception is open 24 hours a day. The issued room greeted us with cockroaches! The reception was not very willing to change us, saying that there were not many places, but they gave us a room on the 3rd floor with a good view, where you can see the sea at the edge. But there was only enough linen for 2 people in the room. Being tired, we divided 2 sets into 3 and in the morning returned to the reception asking for a third set. However, at the reception they decided to give us another spacious room in the neighboring 2-story buildings with a roof terrace. Which, in principle, suited us.
It turned out to be not so bad, despite the fact that the hotel is not new and is quite noisy. The rooms are spacious, there is an equipped kitchen, the noise from the street was not very annoying. Cleaning several times a week.
The location of the hotel is good, there is a place to park your rental car (after a little searching for a free space), there are large shops around the corner, a bus stop, the beach is 5-7 minutes on foot.
We had a good rest! The price basically corresponds to the level. I won’t say anything about food, because... taken without food.

Just got back from 5 days here and must admit we was dreading it because of the previous reviews. We was pleasantly surprised, room clean, maids came in 4 out the 5 days there. Pool nice, clean. We were self catering so can’t review the food but location is brilliant. Would definitely come back and stay here. For the money you can’t go wrong. Yes can be a little loud but most hotels you can hear people in there rooms.

Terrible place to stay. Room walls were paper thin, overall the hotel was dirty. Too many people running about shouting and screaming and the room keys were useless. If you want to use the TV you have to spend €10 for a remote, your key cards need replaced every single day. Also human feeces were found right before the elevator doors. Wish I was joking but sadly not. Didn’t even want to eat my dinner that night

I've been a few times to this hotel and it's always been great. Unfortunately on this occasion I have one complaint about cockroaches in room 1141. I think this room needs fumigation as the cockroaches return constantly so must be eggs somewhere. Cleaners are always around and do clean a lot but I think this room needs closing if possible whilst the issue is resolved. The hotel itself is fab, staff are great. Its a good area with fab people and great pools. The food is mediocre but not bad I am a little hesitant at returning on this one occasion unfortunately purely.due to cockroaches Please sort room 1141 thank you

For the money it is absolutely spot on. Cheep and cheerful. Stopped here 10+ times if you are just using it for a base to sleep and shower and even the pool area is bang on you'll be sound . If you want to get out and about it's the right place. Beds are a bit uncomfortable but is what it is. We paid £300 for 3 of us so £100 each what do people expect. Not for families either with young children.

Don't stay here if your a family with young children. The hotel is very noisy with people arriving back late from the *****. Shouting, screaming, arguing and banging doors early hours of the morning. The noise from the bars etc was not an issue. The hotel is in a good location for amenities and the staff work hard to clean the rooms daily, with fresh bedding and towels. Would not recommend or return.

Stayed here with family of 6 The hotel room's were clean and tidy but basic,what you would expect from a 3 star budget hotel,the evening we arrived we were put on the ground floor with no window or balcony,there was a window looking out onto the corridor were everyone was walking past,I made my way to reception to request a change as it was very noisy with people going by,I was told it couldn't be changed until the following day which was fair enough as we were late arriving,we were moved into another apar**ent with balcony and a bit less noisy over looking the pool, most of the staff were friendly, this hotel draws a young crowd so expect noise late at night In general not too bad of a hotel Good points, great location, clean rooms,good size pool,shop in reception Bad points, noisy at night,pool wasn't very clean,

You really do get what you pay for. Hotel room was clean and bed made daily, sheets only get changed weekly but always had towels. Fighting was most nights, noise was bad at night. It should be an adult only hotel, defo wouldn't bring my kids here.. food was shocking.. some staff were nice but most were not. Great location, more like an 18-30s hotel.. wouldn't say it was a vibe hotel at all. Wouldn't come back
