We were able to check in last minute, and staff was quick to answer questions. The main issue was we ran out of water. We could no flush the toilet or take showers. Water was deliver the next morning, but if we were staying more than one night it would have been an issue.

I spent 10 days in this apartment. Very close to the main street in Playa del Carmen but yet a little quieter than the main street. The place is very quiet, with very good internet. On the roof terrace with deck chairs and a place to relax. The apartment clean, cleaning every day. Air conditioning works flawlessly. I heartily recommend if someone is looking for a comfortable apartment at a reasonable price.

This is a great little place right in the heart of Playa. Very clean, quiet and safe. Everything you need, stove fridge, a/c, tv and Wi-Fi.

A good spot for your stay in Playa. Convenient to downtown, had a two burner stove, good mid-size fridge, sink and dishes.

The hotel was nothing like the pictures but the staff was very nice I could not find the hotel ver bad sign because there was no sign had to go to a total different location to get the key but the staff was very nice

For travelers familiar with budget hotels around the world, this is no different: there are stains on the bed cover that don't come off with washing, there's rust around the bathroom fixtures, and paint peeling in places on the wall. In short, there are clear cosmetic defects. The pictures definitely make the rooms look nicer than they are, but it's certainly bearable if you know what you're getting into. Off the noise of the tourist haven that is 5th Avenue, it's well located for budget travelers looking to economize without sacrificing safety or functionality. I would stay there again and felt it was worth the price, but I know some travelers will be off-put by the rooms' somewhat shabby appearance.

It's an old PdC hotel off of La Quinta. The room was small, the housekeeper was very pleasant but we had no hot water during our stay despite being told the boiler was fixed. We weren't on holiday, we had some things to attend to at another property.
