Club ES Deurali Resort

Club ES earned my exceptional rating during my 6-day Nepal tour, standing out as the best place I stayed. Nestled in the remote village of Kaskikot, an hour drive from the bustling Pokhara city (They also have pickup & drop service), this small resort, managed by the only Sherpa family in the area, provided an unforgettable one-night and two-day experience. The owner, a seasoned mountain guide who has summited Everest and Annapurna I, adds a unique touch. While our expectations for facilities were modest, we were pleasantly surprised to find almost all essentials, including hot showers, an electric kettle, soap, room heater, and complimentary tea and coffee. The cozy rooms, situated in *******-style huts, offer a breathtaking panoramic view of the Himalayas. Having trekked in the region before, I can vouch for the uniqueness of this vista. What sets Club ES apart is its authenticity; the family operates the resort entirely by themselves, creating a homely a**osphere. The absence of outside staff enhances the genuine experience. Even their pet dog, Pappu, contributes to the welcoming ambiance. The fresh, garden-sourced vegetarian meals surpassed our expectations. While there's no TV in the rooms, well-built hiking routes from the resort provide great options for early-morning hikes. It's important to note that Club ES caters to those seeking authenticity rather than luxury. If you're expecting jacuzzis, swimming pools, and staff with constant artificial smiles, this may not be the ideal choice for you.

Stayed here a couple of years ago. Fabulous view, location, service, food. A peaceful and tranquil location giving great opportunities to view nature. A great base for exploring the area around Pokhara. I could have easily spent weeks here and would highly recommend it to any guests wishing to travel to the area. Pasang can also arrange treks and is a brilliant Sherpa guide.

Perfect place for connecting with nature and mountains!! I’ve enjoyed the best sunrise view with mesmerising mountains!! Owner and staff were very kind and friendly!! Food was served with organic and hygienic vegetables!!Room was super clean and tidy!!

Mesmerising stay on the hill with Fishtail and Annapurna range view from ur room specially when u wake up, is blissful. Top of it, the homely a**osphere and the service with smile which the family provided is awesome. We had long interaction with owner, a localite himself, will guide u for nearby treks in and around Deurali and Sarangpur. He also arrange us the transport to Jomsom in spite of the heavy festive rush. Would love to be back and spend more time sipping a hot cup of mint tea adoring the Annapurna ranges. Thank you to Pasang and lovely family, i stayed for four nights, I would love to return someday.I am sure once the smog is over it’s a hidden gem for travelers.

Great place to relax after the long bumpy journey from Kathmandu. Each and everyone is so calm and happy to help you with your needs/requirements regarding food/stay/sightseeing n all. No need to go anywhere to witness sunrise or sunset, just step out, walk a few steps and there it is!! Beautiful sunrise and mesmerizing sunset.. View is just great as the location is right on top of one of the hills. Natural beauty, far away from the madding crowd.. Me and family loved every minute of our time we spent there. We come from Himachal Pradesh, India and we value people like Pasang and his family who live in harmony with nature without disturbing it. Food was amazing as well, though we couldn't get to spend much time and enjoy the dinner at the resort as it took us an entire day to visit the temples, lake and market in Pokhara. But yeah, there's always a next time :)

Beautiful place to rest and relax. Wonderful view and excellent services, also the family a**osphere is the best. Recommended 200%, piece with great view and very spacious, great food area, it also has different options to go for a walk through the very beautiful places and full of nature

Beautifully located with amazing views to the Annapurna range and several hiking possibilities right from the accommodation. Run by a wonderful family, doing their best to make it a comfortable stay for their guests! They are super friendly, very helpful and always available for requests. Definitely recommend to stay there!!!
