The staff was very courteous. Syama was amazing. She took care of everything when it comes to our bookings with various bus services. The remaining staff was very good and polite. Would definitely love to visit again. A small suggestion: please start issuing tickets from the reception counter for the buses. It prevents unnecessary hassles to the customers.
