Hotel was located close to restaurants and shopping. Staff was friendly and helpful. They gave us great advice and were very pleasant. Our room was very clean. We will stay there again.

You get what you pay for. It is nice in some ways, like a good free breakfast and the room was updated and clean. However it is deceptive in its advertising. This is a motel. Doors open to outside. 1 story. The pictures of all the pool furniture are nice, but the furniture is not kept very clean. There seem to be construction workers living onsite. Many of them. But for what i paid, it was a good deal. Far from beach, not walking distance.

I stayed for two nights. It was a pleasant stay and I'd definitely book here again. The staff were friendly and helpful! The breakfast options were good. There was a heavy perfumey smell in the room. I spoke to staff about this and they said next time I could call in and ask for fragrance-free cleaning products.

The check in was smooth and quick. The desk clerk was getting trained but it went great anyway. The room was clean and in great condition. The bed was very comfortable and the smart tv was very clear. It was a cold January day but the pool area looked awesome and had a large area for sitting and multiple grills available. Breakfast was hot and tasted great.

Ocean's Edge Hotel exceeded all expectations. The staff was consistently super friendly. The grounds and rooms are recently remodeled, included the awesome outdoor spaces with covered seating and comfortable furniture. The room was well appointed and clean with a comfortable bed, a desk, dining table, microwave, luggage stand and wardrobe. I have never seen a room so well outfitted at a motel. The included breakfast was also impressive with a large array of cereals, pastries, yogurt, waffle station, and delicious hot food that was on a rotating menu - fried eggs and bacon one day, cheese omelette and sausage the next day. The motel is right off the main *****, so it's convenient to shopping and food. The beach is a straight shot down Ave G (18 min walk, or 3 min drive). This was an exceptional stay

The only thing that I didn't like was the very firm mattress. It's ashame because everything else was great.
