Situated near to the market place. We had booked an executive Suite, its spacious but you will feel clusterphobic for sure as the room is completly enclosed. Rooms are clean. Food is okay. Service is not good as the staffs are not responsive.

Hotel is nice and located in city.but resturant(ruchi) is costly alitle bit. One plain tandopr roti cost rs 75.which i feel is not justified.also complimentry breakfast is average only not much chices we had.staff were cooprative too...

Firstly dont get carried away by the pictures online. For the price they charge, rooms and the service is pathetic. Second, dont book room on their website..these people demand more money at the time of check-in in the name of compulsory lunch and dinner and other non sense, even after making the full payment for the room rent. They said it was mentioned in their T &C but we never found them. They wont allow you till you pay such 'compulsory' fees. Even that compulsory dinner is exorbitantly high for the food they provide. They charge Rs 1500 per head for one dinner and the dining area was of cheapest standard. Atleast we thought the food would be good for the price. Sadly, it was of worst standard. All the guests were cursing this hotel at the time of our stay for this fraud.. you cannot cancel the check-in and you cannot enter the hotel without paying more money. The management also won't respond to you once you make the payment. In a nutshell, this is one of the worst hotels you can get into... best to avoid it.
