Has a lanai screened in pool that is salt water & heated (pool heater does not run 24/7 but it does run from 7am-7pm and it is set to 82 degrees). Pool features LED lighting, sun shelf pool area, patio, and fully privately fenced in backyard. Please be mindful that the temperature of the pool can vary depending on the weather. Also the pool is not a Jacuzzi so it will not feel super hot.This house is located in the heart of the Treasure Coast. Minutes away from Tradition, I-95, Hospital…lots of shopping stores and restaurants to enjoy!
