Exactly what we was looking for. Prime spot for the beach. The only downside was the wi-fi not great to be able to use translater, as no English speaking staff.

Minha experiência foi a pior possível. Pagamos caro para ter péssimos serviços. O ralo do banheiro exalava odor do esgoto e o quarto era fedorento. A Internet é a TV a cabo não funcionavam. A academia é decadente, aparelhos velhos e ultrapassados, sem manutenção e quebrados, um risco para os usuários. O frigobar era velho e sujo. Resumindo o custo X benefício é extremamente desfavorável.
Não recomendo e ficamos extremamente decepcionado com a experiência. Muito triste planejarmos as férias, pagamos caro e com antecedência e tivemos uma prestação de serviço terrível. Decepção define. 😭😭😭

Worst experience ever. Don’t waste your time booking this hotel. The one star rating is for the grounds. Nice garden area and swimming pool OK. Rooms are old, mouldy. Mattress is not covered with a protector. A thin transparent sheet over it. Towels are old and worn. Hardly any water comes out of the taps and shower. Hotel is opposite a place called Toa Toa that plays awful music at full blast all day all night. It can be heard in the rooms until the small hours. Breakfast is adequate. Restaurant unable to produce meals in less than hour. So a long wait; it closes at 9 pm. Same with pool bar. Came to meet friends who had booked this hotel.

Boa localização, serviço bom Espaço ótimo, academia, parque, piscina, comida boa, quartos paracasal e filhos muito bom, higiene ótima, funcionários com sorrisos nos rostos. Loja de biquinis, coffe shop, bar com bom atendimento, campo de futebol, ala de pássaros, enfim...Bom

O Hotel atendeu muito bem às nossas expectativas. O quarto que ficamos aparentava ter sido reformado a pouco tempo, inclusive se via a diferença entre as paredes e as portas (revestimento novos e porta mais antiga). Ar condicionado funcionando de forma excelente e tudo bem limpo e organizado. A piscina não é grande mais é ótima! O Hotel fica bem em frente ao Toa a Toa e para quem não quer balada o bom é escolher um quarto que fique virado para a parte de dentro.

Quarto com cama horrível, as molas ficaram marcadas nas minhas costas!
Som alto o tempo inteiro, até tarde da noite. Procure um hotel sem um bar na frente, pois o povo é sem educação!
Logística pessima de arrumação, ficamos 3 dias sem limpeza.

O hotel é muito bem localizado. Em frente a barraca Tôa Tôa, apenas atravessar a faixa de pedestres. Os colaboradores são muito queridos e atenciosos. Odiei esse lugar, café da manhã fraco, ar condicionado ruim, cobertor de péssima qualidade não me estornaram uma diária... só queria pegar o meu dinheiro de uma diária que paguei no cartão de crédito e ir embora para outro hotel melhor... fora que cheguei na terça, cansado e tinha um luau do lado ao hotel q durou a madrugada inteira, fui a recepção e não me arrumaram outro lugar mais tranquilo. No dia seguinte, quando pedi o estorno, me ofereceram um quarto melhor, mas só queria ir para o outro hotel e a mim não foi dado o estorno de uma diária. Experiência péssima, não recomendo. Se recusaram a me dar uma cópia do contrato e não tinha nada sobre as regras de estorno. Procurem um lugar melhor!!!!
