They have like a meeting in the morning!!I said Good Morning!!! very loud !!and not body even said morning couldn't believe sooo rude staff even the manager in the morning time said hello !!omg !!the room don't look like the picture really!!very small room!!I feel like a sardine in a can I glad that I been just one night there never again

Myself and my dad have now stayed here while visiting the QA hospital.
The hotel is clean and modern and the staff helpful.
It has a good combination of quick independent service and having a friendly face to help those who might need it.
I utilised the Club rooms which meant I had access to the health facilities and classes.
Unfortunately one of the classes I wanted wasn't available, I had enquired a few days before but didn't receive a reply. My biggest problem, and what actually spoilt the stay was the excessively loud music and PA system used by the outside 'pod' at 8am. It woke me up on the 5th floor with my windows closed. The class instructor was so loud I could hear the instructions over the music, at 8am-on the 5th floor! I booked to stay because I really needed sleep and this was an awful way to start my day. I later used the same outside pod for a class and there is absolutely no need to have such a loud system in such a small space especially at that time in the morning. If I had booked a hotel in the city above a bar or club it would understandable.
I have now used the pool and facilities (sauna etc) twice and wonder if it might be better to have a cap or booking system to limit the number of users in that space as it's very, very busy. Or even a traffic light system to warn guests how many people are currently in that area so you could avoid the up and down journey to the changing rooms if over populated.

Stay was very good but we stayed on the 3rd floor and the gym on 1st floor plays the music so loud that you can hear it on the 3rd floor at 8am in the morning i feel sorry for people on the 2nd floor music should not be on that loud till about 11am

I stay in the village hotels on numerous occasions, and normally find them fine. I did try and get my room serviced on 3 occasions, but it was never done even though the card was on the door, I did get an apology from the help site.
It also seems that they've stopped their premium sky tv services in the rooms, I did enjoy watching the F1 or Golf channel but they and others are no longer showing.

We had a great time in a clean well run hotel with convenient parking and location.
The room was very small. All the rooms are the same size. It is so small one of us had to sit on the bed while the other unpacked. This will be our debate before booking again 😏

Wow I have never complained before but this is just awful - this stay had not been idea to set up for a busy work day! Bed looked clean until turned down sheets and small hairs over it!!!!!! Not pleasant- once those were delt with I thought it would be fine! Only the room is like a sound box- I could hear the people either side in the shower, people above walking around (like fairy elephants) and and then the road noise and car park noise from outside - I was on the 3rd floor! Then at 6:30am or so I had the delights of the spin class blaring out from outside- it woke me up with a shock as if I was in a night club - base banging ‼️ do not stay if you want to sleep!!!!

Good stay. However, do not feel you should pay for the parking if you have paid to stay in the hotel, this should be included
