This check-in experience was an utter farce. I paid money but didn't even get to step into the hotel room, and I have to get this off my chest: 1. The self-service system is ridiculously terrible and kept freezing: The so-called self-check-in system has so many convoluted steps that it's dizzying. The interface kept freezing constantly, with no response even after clicking multiple times. After filling in the information as prompted, the confirmation email never arrived in my inbox. Refreshing and checking the spam folder did nothing—I was completely stuck here. 2. Customer service is hard to reach, and problem-solving is all about dragging feet: Desperate to check in, I tried to contact customer service, but there was no response for ages. When I finally got through, they sent a verification code, but it still showed failure after input. I tried repeatedly, but it was useless. Throughout the process, no staff took the initiative to follow up. Every time I asked, the reply was just "wait a moment" or "it's a system issue," as if I were just an irrelevant nuisance. 3. Paid for nothing but trouble, and refund was refused: After struggling for nearly two hours and still failing to check in, I requested a refund, but they refused on the grounds that "check-in was attempted." In the end, I couldn't afford to waste any more time, so I gave up. I had to find another hotel nearby, which not only cost me extra money but also disrupted my schedule. I was fuming with nowhere to vent. This kind of hotel can't even guarantee basic check-in and has no sense of responsibility when problems arise—anyone who comes here will get ripped off! Strongly advise everyone to avoid it. Don't waste your time and money! 这次的入住经历简直是一场彻头彻尾的闹剧，花了钱却连酒店门都没进去，必须好好说道说道： 1、自助系统烂到离谱，全程卡壳：所谓的自助入住系统，操作步骤多到让人眼花缭乱，界面还频繁卡顿，点半天没反应。按提示完成信息填写后，确认邮件死活没发到邮箱，刷新、检查垃圾邮件都没用，完全卡在这里动不了。 2、客服难找，解决问题全靠拖：急着入住的我想联系客服解决，半天没回应。好不容易联系上，对方发了个验证码，结果输入后还是提示失败，反复试了几次都没用。全程没有任何工作人员主动跟进，问就是“稍等”“系统问题”，仿佛我只是个无关紧要的麻烦。 3、花钱买罪受，退房还遭拒：折腾了快两个小时，始终无法完成入住，我提出退房，对方却以“已尝试入住”为由拒绝退款。最后实在耗不起，只能放弃，在附近重新找了家酒店住下，不仅多花了钱，还耽误了行程，一肚子火没处发。 这种连基本入住都保障不了、出问题还毫无担当的酒店，谁来谁被坑！强烈劝大家避雷，别浪费时间和钱！

I loved the appartment it has everything we need and it was clean

Good find Cheap, clean comfortable room with kitchen and washing machine in a great location to explore the city. Excellent value for money. Very happy with this find.

Loved it An absolute gem of a place! Modern, new, and very clean apartel type at a budget price. We got the one with a mini kitchen and sleeping area on an upper loft. It’s a small but highly functional space with high ceilings so it didn’t feel that cramped for two people of average size. The sleeping area does have much lower overhead space so you will have to crouch. King size bed with a television that streams Netflix! Mini kitchen has everything you’ll ever need to make a delicious gourmet meal. It’s IKEA living at its best. Excellent water pressure with ample space in shower. Comes with a laundry machine too! They provide a couple pods each for dishwasher and laundry. Concrete walls. You hear occasional doors opening/closing but otherwise dead quiet. Excellent cooling system. Some noise but not bothersome. Didn’t have any problems checking in or out. We registered about a week in advance and followed the prompts on the email we received. We opted for mobile check in. No problems getting in/accessing property upon arrival. It was a dream to stay here. If only every other tourist destination had this type of accommodation at this price point!
