The staff was so friendly, everything about the hotel was spot on and the room me and my partner stayed in was very clean and looked after

Arrived at the hotel and deducted 1500 CZK deposit, it's been more than half a month since I checked out and I still haven't gotten a refund!

While the outside of the hotel come into years the interior is well maintained. Rooms are okay size and tidy and clean. The breakfast is solid however, I did not order breakfast before (was walking in) and was treated as a 2nd class customer. In fact, I had to wait until other customers (who were behind me in the queue) were processed at the breakfast entrance.

Todo muy bien en general.
De habitación en habitación se oye un poco, las instalaciones son antiguas.. pero las camas son muy cómodas y la tina en el baño hace la diferencia.
Pedimos un trago en el bar y unas pizzas que la verdad podrían haber estado mejor.. es evidente que la pizza es congelada. Los camareros y recepcionistas muy amables al igual que el personal del spa.
Otra cosa positiva es la ubicación del hotel, estación de metro y shopping a tan solo dos minutos caminando. Todos los servicios a la mano.

比較舊但是住起來還是很舒適，有點不太滿意的點是健身房和游泳池要單獨收費，附近交通倒是很方便，樓下就是一個大商場

房間舒適，早餐可口（特別是本地的湯，冬天喝，暖胃），交通便利，距離高速近，自駕出行便利；距離地鐵站近，去布拉格老城方便。

訂了雙床房到酒店辦理入住只剩下大床了，沒有辦法衹能要了。前臺送了大堂歡迎酒作為補償。房間設施其實蠻舊的，住高樓層會比較好，雖然有4臺電梯但早上高峰時間（早餐）都是滿人，十幾樓以下的幾乎都進不去電梯衹能走樓梯。😂 早餐還算可以但沒有到豐盛。酒店周邊好多修路，夜晚到找不到路直接繞了一大圈才能到酒店門口。隔壁有一個大型商場，可以滿足亞洲人的胃口。
