"This is my second time staying in this hotel. This time I was arranged on the first floor. According to the receptionist, it is a better room because the first time I was arranged in the attic with only a small skylight. This time I felt much more comfortable. The room is smaller than the attic, but of course it is enough. The hotel is in a good location and it is convenient to go to the airport bus. The bed in the hotel is very comfortable, but the pillow is too low for me. The hotel provides a coffee machine (with five coffee capsules), slippers but no kettle. Except that the housekeeper should remember to put the ”Do Not Disturb” sign when he goes out in the afternoon after cleaning (because the housekeeper will enter the guest room again in addition to cleaning 😱), everything else is good!"

"Ridiculous staff refused to return stored luggage I stayed at this hotel for two nights. The room, facilities, and the staff who checked us in on the first day and greeted us at breakfast were nice. When I checked out on Friday, Sep 13, a staff member even offered to store our luggage before we asked. Everything was satisfactory up until this point. Later that afternoon, we returned to the hotel and asked a middle-aged male staff member at the front desk to retrieve our luggage. He said we could not get our luggage until 4 pm, pointing to my storage receipt, which had a number 4 on it. I have never heard of such a ridiculous rule or any reason why a hotel would refuse to return stored belongings to their owners at any time of day. It just didn’t make any sense. We repeated our simple request, and my friend added that it was an emergency—we already had a taxi waiting outside (parking was difficult, and it was raining heavily), and we didn’t have much time to get to the train station to catch our FlixBus at 3 pm. Still, the male staff member refused again, with a stern expression, repeating the same nonsensical reason. Running out of time and patience, my friend yelled, “Are you kidding me?” At that point, the staff member finally admitted he was joking and took us to the storage room to retrieve our luggage. We were in such a hurry that I didn’t have the time or presence of mind to confront him further. If the hotel values feedback, I hope this male staff member is made aware that this “joke” was not appreciated and that his behavior was highly disrespectful of our time. Our sense of urgency was clear—if he knowingly decided to “tease” us in that moment, it shows a completely unacceptable level of disrespect. I don’t intend to discourage people from booking this hotel, and it’s unfortunate, as all the other staff we encountered and everything else about the hotel were otherwise excellent. This one staff member, however, turned what could have been a perfect experience into an unpleasant one."

"Fantastic hotel. Breakfast was great and the hotel was clean and modern. It also has a cold war bu ker underneath which you can visit with a tour guide. The hotel has a lot of interesting history. Friendly staff and the attached Fat Cat restaurant is fantastic!"

"The hotel is quaint and beautiful, and most of the attractions are nearby. The front counter staff provided very good service, allowing us to check in early. When we got off the bus and entered the hotel, the staff took the initiative to help with our luggage, making us feel very at home. The room is also very good, but the facilities are relatively old and the mattress is relatively soft, which may be a little difficult for Chinese people to get used to. Although the breakfast has few choices, it is good quality and can provide you with what you need. The service of the restaurant staff is also very good. "The hotel is in a good location, right in the center of Prague. It is very convenient to walk to the surrounding Charles Bridge and other places. The room is quite large, the facilities are pretty good, and the breakfast is quite rich."

"Great location, right in front of the Mustek metro station, also convenient for the airport. 10 min walk from the clock square and right in one of the main squares with the Easter markets. Friendly and helpful staff Excellent breakfast with lots of choice Reception open 24/7 Highly recommended!!"

"Gorgeous hotel. Amazing lobby, even the atmosphere is lovely and always vibrant. The restaurant is nice, the waiters are nice. Everything was so perfect and comfortable. Delicious breakfast with a lot of variety. Amazing twin room with two separate queen size beds! Lovely view, dynamic neighborhood with everything you need. Several trams, buses and metros right next to the hotel. Supermarket Billa is downstairs as well. Clean room and bathroom. There’s YouTube in the room as well and complimentary water everyday. Lovely Easter decorations as well. We loved everything."

"We paid city tax of 8 euros for a 2 night stay. Breakfast was quite good. The hotel is located on the banks of the Vltava River and the views are amazing. We booked through trip.com and got a special discount for airline ticket holders, so it was a great deal."

"Overall it was very good, the front desk service was responsive, enthusiastic and proactive, taking our luggage and guiding us. But I would like to remind my friends that the porridge written for breakfast is different from the porridge for Chinese food, it is cooked with milk and there is no rice."
