Prague is absolutely beautiful! The hotel has a fantastic location – it's relatively quiet and not far from the Old Town. It's about a 20-minute walk to Old Town Square and Charles Bridge. I would definitely stay here again.

Overall, everything was good. The staff were exceptionally friendly, and the location is excellent. My only minor complaint is that the beds weren't very comfortable, as they felt like they were made of two smaller, separate sections.

The hotel is very, very good. There is a metro stop about 150 metres away. The reception staff is very friendly. Very good cleaning. They provide slippers. It has a hair dryer. The bed is very comfortable with several pillows. It has a coffee maker and tea service in the room.
The best thing for me was the fantastic breakfast. It has a lot of variety and also has soy milk which most places in Europe don't have. A great coffee maker and different types of tea for tea lovers like me.
Without a doubt my partner and I would return to this hotel.

The hotel's location is very convenient. It's adjacent to subway station with many bus lines right in front of the hotel. It's nice to get a little hideaway from the crowd in the Old Town but still able to enjoy the convenience of transportation. I LOVE how ECO-FRIENDLY the hotel is. It's a huge plus, though I don't like the strong scent in the elevator and the hallway. The scent made me feel dizzy.
We didn't have time to enjoy the breakfast. But for the night that we stayed, we went for the 1st floor restaurant for late-night dinner and drinks. I have the say that the food and beverages exceeded my expectation. They were so delicious. The last night's meal in Prague was beyond satisfactory. Also the crowd that gather at the bar were super nice. You should enjoy a drink or a few dishes while staying at the hotel.

Excellent hotel with great location. The hotel is very busy, but staff are professional and friendly. Breakfast is excellent, could be better if there are more seating area. Prague is a beautiful city and this hotel has great value for money.

The hotel room is spacious and clean, and the toilet is very tidy too. The breakfast is very good with plenty of choices. The hotel location is excellent as it’s only two station away from the palladium mall and it’s also very close to both underground and tram stations.

I didn't know how to leave my baggage before check-in, so it was a little inconvenient. Unmanned check-in was convenient, but I was in trouble because I couldn't make an inquiry. The room was clean and spacious and nice.

GGuest UserThe breakfast was good and the variety was able to satisfy different tastes. The location of the hotel is also close to a few hundred meters from the subway station. Only the hotel room facilities are relatively poor. The bed was small and there was a damp smell in the room. The 1st floor wifi signal is too bad, and it is not the same. The cell phone signal is also not good. The room was very poorly sounded, and at night I could hear the sound of snoring in the next room.
