The location is about 30 minutes walk from the old town, the room is large, the facilities are a bit old but very clean

The location and facilities are poor compared to the price, the reception staff are not flexible, there is no free water in the room, and in many ways, this is a hotel that I never want to go again.

The breakfast is very delicious, the variety is not too much, everything is delicious, scrambled eggs, fried eggs, bacon fried edamame, cheese slices, fried potato cakes are all very delicious, the most praise is freshly squeezed orange juice, very sweet, The hotel minibar soft drink is very pleasant to surprise. There is a viewing platform overlooking the old city, close to the watchtower and the castle area. It is easy to get around. It takes 3 minutes to walk to the station and the location is unique. Very worth staying. The most beautiful library is right next to the hotel. The room is clean and tidy, it is recommended to stay!

It's always a pleasure coming back for a peaceful, romantic getaway. Service has been excellent as always. Our superior room with wooden floor has a beautiful view at the monastery. Next time we'll try the breakfast as well as the hotel's Na Pekle restaurant for dinner.

The hotel is very nice but the location is not so good. Even we drive still need to park quite far away. The staff is not very helpful, or maybe i should say she is not considerate at all. We booked the spa, but we didn't have our dinner yet while we were checking in, we mentioned many times to her that we are in the hurry for dinner, i believe if we don't eat before the spa, everything will closed afterwards, but she was just writing the check-in form super slowly.(I think she used half an hour just to fill up the form) In the end, we only left half an hour, run to the restaurant and pour all the food inside our mouth & run back. But in the end we found the beer spa come with some bread, also the mini bar has some sandwiches, then why don't she tell us since we asked her so many times for the food! Because the hotel is located in a very quiet place , nothing much around, there is no restaurant inside the hotel too, but we asked her if there is any food the hotel can provide and she said no!

The location is unique, it is more convenient from the old city, the breakfast is rich and nutritious, the staff service quality is high, the management is first-class, and the next time you will stay again.

This hostel is the hotel with the best atmosphere I have stayed in Europe these few days. The front desk is very friendly and everyone who comes in will greet me. The bathroom and toilet here are independent. They are not in the room. The facilities are great. There are plugs, small lights and curtains at the head of the bed. Even if a girl lives alone, it will not be awkward, because there is enough privacy.

Comfortable beds, nice amenities! Central location, everything within walking distance or by tram. Unfortunately, the bathroom smelled strongly of drains, and the ventilation in the bathroom and the air conditioning didn't work.

Checking in was late and it was very awkward. It took an hour to communicate before I could get through the gate. Fortunately, there were enthusiastic neighbors who helped me. It was unexpected that the room had an open-air balcony. It was convenient to cook. However, it costs 10 euros a day to clean the room and 1 euro to change the sheets, quilt covers and towels. Overall, it is still okay
