This beautiful property is located in an up and coming transitional area of Orlando which is quickly being developed. In the surrounding area we have both million dollar properties as well as middle class families. The city has recently inaugurated a new soccer stadium and the UCF creative village just 6 minutes away. It is located just 3 blocks from Orlando Camping World Stadium and just 8 minutes away from downtown Orlando.We recommend either renting a car or using a taxi or an Uber to get in and out of the property. I would not recommend walking downtown since it is about a 30 minute walk.HOUSE RULES:- Only VRBO registered guests are allowed inside the property. Non-vrbo guests are NOT allowed to be premises or use any of any of the amenities. - Only 2 cars are allowed to park in the property per booked room. - Lake area and Hot-tub can only be accessed from 10AM to 10PM. - Pool and Bar can be used between the hours of 10am and 10PM. - Absolutely NO GLASS is allowed by the pool (use plastic cups and cans) - DO NOT discard anything other than toilet paper in the toilet. Anything else will clog the septic system and cause plumbing issues during your stay. - Do not operate the canoe or paddle boards under the influence of alcohol or afterdark.
