Almost perfect stay, very tasty delicious food, especially dinner! Nice room with terrace, bit tiny bathroom, but in general all was very nice. Very good spa and exceptional hydro massage “percorso” The hotel beach is very nice (except of jelly-fishes..). It is not very easy to access for beach showers, which are in the bar at quite long distance from the beach. Thank you!

A great stay at this beautiful hotel. Food, service, facilities all excellent. Quite isolated so not much in the immediate area. A convenient shuttle bus to the private beach goes every 30 mins. A tip - we travelled from Bari and were quoted over €200 for a one way taxi ride from the usual portals. The hotel arranged a taxi for half of what we were quoted.

We had a wonderful time and the service was outstanding. The grounds are beautiful and the beach is stunning. The only issue we had was the condition of the beach chairs. It was surprising that they were in such poor condition. The back rests were not stable and my husband got his finger caught in the hinge when he sat down and the back folded back unintentionally. He required 5 stiches and had a very long stay at the local hospital. The assistant director was wonderful and very helpful during this ordeal. But other than that we really enjoyed our stay.

A holiday in this hotel is a great experience. That's why we came back here and we want to keep coming back regularly. The accommodation corresponds to 5*, the services and the understanding of the staff are highly above standard.

We were unsure whether to book this hotel due to a very mixed bag of reviews however if you focus on the Italian reviews only (use translate) you will get a more accurate picture. The hotel is a gem. Designed by Ambasz, in his famous green meets concrete style - see his other buildings. Each room has a splendid view out into the central expanse of nature and each room is surrounded by nature on the walls of the building. The arc of the main building and slope of the wall gives a futuristic feel to the hotel. The Thalasso Spa is really enjoyable and the short trip through the nature reserve by land train shuttle, to the soft sandy beach is very cool. The Taranto bay water is clean, clear and safe. The food was excellent considering this is a full board hotel. The Italians have a high standard of food and this showed in the diversity of fresh vegetables, fruit and main courses of fish and meat. Rooms are spacious and comfortable - loved the windows and patio. All staff were friendly and spoke good English. Overall a super hotel and great value for money.

The resort is dated and need to be update. The room is large , 2 king size bads, the bathrooms must be rebuilt. Receptionist unprepared! Check in experience is 0 , 0 information on about the structure and the SPA. We attended 45’ for our luggages. The temperature of room is modified by reception!!! For eating at sea restaurant (lunchtime) and outside at the main’s (dinner time) need to reserve the day before and hope to be lucky 🍀 The quality of food is good. The restaurant’s staff is not organised and the service is long and sometimes the dishes arrived cold. At the end …. It’s not an Ecoresort!
