We were a little tired on the return trip to Jingmai Mountain, so we contacted the hotel to pick us up (very enthusiastic and attentive). In addition, the hotel is also very convenient for travel. The surrounding commercial facilities are very complete, and there are also fitness rooms and cafes.

The service was completely mismatched with the price. The hotel's basic services were adequate, and photo editing and production were merely icing on the cake. We arrived at the hotel for the second time around 3:00 PM. The room had just been cleaned, and the floor was soaking wet (we had arrived in the morning and had pre-registered our ID and checked our luggage). There was no landline in the room, but the TV said to dial 888, but I had no idea which number to dial. From the time I prepared to wash up that evening to the time I checked out the next morning, I noticed no towels or bath towels, no empty shower gel bottles, no mineral water, and a complete coffee and tea set, but no coffee or tea. The bathroom was poorly designed, and the floor drain leaked slowly, causing water to overflow. Guests were asked to take shower gel and floor mats back to their rooms (I was supposed to be picking up laundry, so my hands were full). The staff clearly had no experience handling customer complaints, and they couldn't even properly understand what I was asking for. The room upgrade was listed during booking, but no one mentioned it during check-in. I had to ask for afternoon tea, and the complimentary tea garden tickets were mentioned, but no staff member mentioned it at all. The sanitation in the public areas was truly unremarkable. If the management can't manage the photo-taking and clock-in staff, they shouldn't use this as a way to attract guests. Overall, this is the most outrageous hotel I've stayed in in a small city for over 400 yuan in the past seven or eight years. I don't know where the good reviews come from; in short, it's not worth it. My friend and I had booked for two days, but we immediately checked out and moved to a chain hotel.

很滿意，從很多細節都可以看得出用心的設計，貼心周到的服務；曼巴赫接站，入住時在前台選喜歡的香氛氣息，房間設計低調奢華，貼心的準備好一次性浴巾，面膜等等；歡迎水果霸氣又好看，早餐也好吃，很喜歡，剛入住在頂樓天台上看到了彩虹，真的很贊，超出預期！也讓我的普洱之行一開始就譜寫了舒曼喜悦的調調！
