This hotel is really great and the service is excellent! We booked a hotel chartered car for a half-day trip to the ancient tea garden and Lao Village. The lady at the front desk thoughtfully prepared backpacks with ethnic costumes and hats for us to take photos. The driver and tour guide took us for a walk along the way. There was also a designated hotel in the ancient village. In the teahouse, you can enjoy a cup of tea while viewing the mountains. The hotel also brings fruits and snacks, which is very thoughtful and warm! The hotel package I booked included the experience of making tea cakes. A tea artist took me to visit the tea factory, and then I pressed the Pu'er tea cakes myself and wrote my name and message with a brush. It was very ritualistic, haha! The sutra copying and tea garden afternoon tea included in the package were also great. The tea artist lady (I think her surname is Tian) also carefully recorded a short video for me to take as a souvenir. I really want to thank her! It is also very relaxing to have a spa in the tea garden. Even if it is only a facial treatment, there is also a full body relaxing massage. Thumbs up to the beautician's technique! In short, I feel that this is relatively niche. In the hotel in the tea garden, you can visit the ancient tea mountain, a world cultural heritage, and you can also have some sightseeing and experience projects. It is clean and not boring. I have already recommended it to many friends!

How to evaluate this hotel? For me, a hotel lover, this should be a must-check-in hotel. Although it is a bit old, it has been well maintained, the environment is not too much, and the supplies, bathroom supplies, and configurations in the hotel are not picky. However, the breakfast is basically nothing. This is not important. The important thing is that if there is nothing, there should be no sense of ceremony. Since no one is staying, this kind of set breakfast delivered to the room will not look low. And the service is really bad, the service staff have no sense of service at all. I bought some clothes and when I sent them back for the first time, they were wrong. The second time, the clothes were delivered correctly, but they were put in the laundry bag like dirty clothes. They probably hadn't been ironed or folded, and they were just in a ball, as if they hadn't been washed. My cashmere pants also shrunk in the wash, I guess I didn't even check the washing label. When checking into a hotel, there are only three people at the front desk. They are responsible for checking in, driving a battery car to transport guests, and picking up luggage. In such a large hotel, the service staff are almost invisible. Also, calling for help to change into a new bath towel proves that I still need to take a shower. As a result, even the floor towel was removed when I came back. At a price of nearly 4,000, this kind of service is simply speechless. I would also like to suggest that the hotel replace the plastic slippers. The quality and color will be improved immediately.

A hidden hotel away from the hustle and bustle. The tea garden is beautiful, the food tastes good, and the tea making experience is very interesting. Stay for a few days and forget the hustle and bustle of the world.

The hotel environment is very good, but the breakfast and Chinese restaurant dishes are not rich enough, which is not directly proportional to the price. In addition, the tea in the hotel is more expensive than the ones bought in specialty shops outside the hotel (there are gift and full discount activities in the shopping mall outside, but there is no one in the hotel, which makes people feel a little bit less points)

這家柏聯以茶為主題特色，在景邁山，交通有點不便，但茶山環境不錯，參觀了茶廠茶園，體驗了製茶，茶餅可以帶走，柏聯普洱挺不錯的，超級香。套房陽台直麪茶山茶園，風景優美。餐廳的特色菜是冬瓜豬，可惜沒有野生菌，過橋米線和昆明陽宗海柏聯比起來也差遠了。總之五家柏聯各有特色，這家是避世之選。
