Der Empfang in Hotel war sehr freundlich, der Mitarbeiter sprach leider ziemlich schlecht deutsch, aber er war sehr bemüht. Das Zimmer war sehr groß, das Mobiliar in die Jahre gekommen aber sehr gepflegt. Das Zimmer und auch das Bad waren sehr sauber. Die Betten bequem und gemütlich, die Temperatur war gut regulierbar. Zum Abendessen kann ich nichts sagen, wir haben im Ort gegessen. Das Frühstück war am ersten Morgen nicht gut. Die Platten waren größtenteils leer und wurden auch leider erst auf Nachfrage aufgefüllt. Es war 8.30 Uhr-bis 10.30 Uhr wurde Frühstück angeboten, von daher ein No Go! Am ersten Morgen wurde weder die Zimmernummer erfragt noch der Wunsch nach einer Eierspeise erfragt-umso erstaunter waren wir an zweiten Morgen wo alles gut gefüllt war und der Kellner uns gefragt hat ob wir einen Wunsch hätten und er fragte auch nach der Zimmernummer. Am 3.Morgen war alles wieder auf Anfang 😅 Schade, eine Konstante wäre wichtig und richtig!

Das erste Mal auf Usedom,ein toller Urlaub,näher zur Ostsee und zum Strand ging schon garnicht,jeden Tag ein tolles Essen und gute Auswahl,netter Service und immer ein nettes Wort,wir haben es einfach genossen und werden wieder kommen.

Die Einrichtung ist abgewohnt und in die Jahre gekommen. Das Personal ist unflexibel und überfordert, wahrscheinlich Personalmangel.
Unser Zimmer war extrem sauber, dafür hätte ich gerne eine gute Bewertung abgegeben. Die Therme/Wellness war nicht nutzbar, der Parkplatz wurde aber extra in Rechnung gestellt.

Essen sehr gut. Beim Personal hoher Anteil an Auszubildenden. Sehr freundlich. Ein kleiner Fitnessraum wäre gut. Sauna, Dampfbad sowie Massagen Kosmetik sehr gut! Lage exzellent!

Corona -Maßnahmen topp! Leider hat man darüber hinaus vergessen. wie man mit Gästen umgeht. Erst wird man mit einem Tagesangebot per Aufsteller ins Restaurant gelockt, dann bekam man das Gefühl, dass "Laufkundschaft" nicht erwünscht ist. Sehr traurig! Das weibliche Personal war total unfreundlich. Wir kommen mit Sicherheit nie wieder.

Hotel befindet sich direkt an der Prommenade, reichhaltiges Frühstücks- und Abendbuffet alles frisch, lecker, schmackhaft, abwechslungsreich. Angestellte sehr freundlich, kompetent und hilfsbereit. Zimmer mit Blick auf Zinnowitz: geschmackvoll, sehr sauber, freundlich mit kleinen Balkon, keine Safegebühr, Handtücher täglich gewechselt. In Sachen Wellness immer die Wochenangebote beachten. Hatte Fango mit Rückenmassage. Preis war fair und es hat sich gelohnt. Empfehlen würde ich die Arrangements, die das Hotel anbietet. Negativpunkt war, dass die Woche sehr schnell vorüberging.
