I was a little concerned about the location being a little far from the port, but it was very helpful to have snorkeling equipment and towels available for free rental.

My son and I stayed there for 11 nights. Alexandria and the other staff were great. The hotel is in a good location. Only thing that was difficult was that there was not a lot of places to put your stuff, but I had brought a lot for our water activities.

This is an excellent place to stay while staying on Santa Cruz Island. Pro: -Family owned - Clean - Spacious rooms - Mini fridge - Tiny pool (fun for children) - Pool towels provided - Uniquely designed - Breakfast included (yogurt, granola, fresh fruit, croissant, eggs, coffee/tea, fresh juice - Location is within walking distance to pier, restaurants, etc. - Mini library - Kitchen facilities if needed - Excellent restaurant recommendations Con: - more hooks needed to hang wet clothes and towels after water activities. This is a fantastic place to stay. Support local owners as opposed to staying in chain hotels. The family touch will make your visit even better. They genuinely care about their customers.

Stayed here on two separate occasions during our Galapagos tour. Place met all our needs, starting with a clean, decent size room. While the room was fairly spartan, it was also equipped with a microwave oven, a fridge and plenty of power points. Breakfast was good and served in the quirky rooftop bar - where fresh water was also always available. Staff were very friendly and beach towels were available for free. Only negatives were we had no hot water on our last morning - not exactly unusual in the Galapagos - and also on our last night a noisy group in the ground-floor common area (otherwise an asset) kept us awake well into the night.

Very cute place, great service and staff, breakfast, clean rooms and great location. They made us breakfast even when we showed up an hour early.. and I don’t have enough words so I will just keep doing this but it’s really a great hotel for couples and families

I would stay here again. Hotel Coloma, is a hybrid of an hotel and a hostel. The place is extremely clean.the place is well run by Betzy, who is always available and gives great recommendations! The rooms are relatively small and breakfast is limited. Location is great near everything.
