The hotel was very nice, clean and the staff was very helpful and easy to talk to too. Our room as a nice size and even has room for a small crib we brought for our baby.

The hotel is nice, now when it comes to the people working in the reception area the worst. They don’t let you have visitors. I was supposed to stay there until Monday and I left on a Sunday, I asked them to give me a paper saying that I was living a day early and they didn’t provided me with anything. Now I’m waiting for my money back. Called ******* and never answered the phone.

El lugar muy lindo, limpio y ordenado, las habitaciones aunque no tienen una buena vista están amplias y con lo necesario para un buen descanso, la piscina a pesar de estar al medio del hotel muy tranquila, ideal para relaj****, el desayuno incluido, buenísimo y la atención de los meseros fenomenal, cosas a mejorar creo que capacitar a los seguridades del parqueo, a los que abren y cierran el portón, nada atentos, distraídos, pesados, etc. por lo demás todo nitido.

Una propiedad hotelera con habitaciones y alimentación de primera calidad. Que gran lugar para hosped****. Las habitaciones están como nuevas. El AC funciona a la perfección. Las áreas públicas limpias y el restaurante quizás uno de los mejores del área. Houston es el nombre del restaurante del hotel. Con servicio profesional. El personal atento y eficiente. El menú completo y la calidad de los alimentos es buena. Recomendación: instalar en la parte interna de la habitación cadenas de seguridad en ambas puertas.

Una muy buena opción para hosped****. Las habitaciones amplias, higiénicas y muy cómodas. El servicio en el hotel y en el restaurante muy bueno. Solo cambiaría que se pudiera hacer el check out un poco mas tarde. Muy recomendable para ir con la familia.

Muy buen servicio, habitaciones muy limpias, ordenadas con lo necesario, estuve por tres días y la atención impecable , amables y serviciales, la comida muy buena en restaurante Houston, menú variado, estoy segura que tienen muy buen chef! Para lo cansado que es estar en calor y fuera de casa, te hacen sentir bienvenido y muy confortable. El bar Caribe es un buen lugar para comer y tener un buen momento de descanso. Todo el personal muy profesional, con muy buena disposición para atenderle a uno y resolver lo que uno requiere
