Wonderful in every way! From the hotel, facilities, service, staff. Couldn’t fault it. My husband and I came away to celebrate our 15th wedding anniversary. We were hoping for some child free (we have 3 kids) paradise, where we could relax, lie in the sun, read some books and look at a wonderful view. The Siau Ibiza did not disappoint. We stayed in a room with a private plunge pool which we loved. Thanks for a lovely stay!

The restaurant and bar staff were all lovely, helpful and welcoming. We stayed in a Junior Suite with Pool. The room smelt bad, some of the pumps for the toiletries were broken and the AC was not working until we had to call for an engineer. The pool pump for the room next door did not work and they had an engineer come to fix it. The engineer did not even knock on our door to let us know they were there, they just broke into our side of the 'terrace', moved the divider and opened up the bottom of the pool. I was in the middle of getting dressed when I saw a man at the glass door! He then left mud and dirt all over our floor where we had to call for a cleaner. After we complained about the engineer not announcing himself, about an hour or two later, 2 more engineers came back and did the exact same thing again! Absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional. This clearly showed that the reception and manager did not report it like they said they would the first time. After the neighbour's pool pump was fixed, it broke ours and we were not able to use our pool and no explanation or apology was given. Appalling

We had an absolutely lovely stay at this five-star hotel in Ibiza. The service was truly exceptional, leaving me in awe of the staff's dedication and warmth. Not only was the food a culinary delight, but the hotel's flexibility in allowing us to switch our half-board dinner to lunch each day added an extra layer of convenience to our experience. The pinnacle of our stay was the suite with a private pool – an oasis of tranquility that provided the ultimate retreat. Every moment spent in the suite felt like a dream come true, with the glistening waters of the private pool offering serenity beyond words. Gorgeous view of the beach and sea. Mornings were a joy with the outstanding breakfast spread that awaited us each day. The variety and quality of the offerings were a testament to the hotel's commitment to excellence. Only issues - room pool was cold so you need to be very hot before you get in! Also nearby beach is not the nicest sand wise and you can’t swim in it!

If you are looking for a quiet Ibiza chill experience, this hotel is perfect. There’s not much to do in walking distance. You can easily get a cab or hire a car to see more of the island. Take the walk / hike with Rob if you can for amazing views, history and learn more about what’s worth seeing near San Miguel. Can’t fault the service (especially Marta), food and drinks standard, cleanliness and hotel design. We didn’t have all of the a la carte options available and the evening entertainment wasn’t on as scheduled at times but we were staying end of season so felt like a big wind down week. Given it’s so remote, I’d have more activities available throughout the day and try to have the same standard of experience whether it’s end of season or not. It didn’t affect our stay though, we’d still highly recommend this hotel and return, we are fans of the Barcelo brand.

A wonderful chilled hotel. Hotel, staff and accommodation were fantastic. Great location close to a lovely cove. Local shops close by. 30 minute taxi ride for transfer. Look forward to returning very soon.

Beautiful hotel in a very quiet resort at this time of year. Very little to do without a car or transport. Breakfast items were varied but mostly hot dishes were luke warm. Some of the cereals were stale. Coffee from the machine left a lot to be desired. Staff were mostly lovely but some gave us the feeling they were at the end of their season and couldn’t be bothered. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Overall, a lovely hotel in a pretty resort but it wasn’t for us. We only stayed 2 nights, which was enough for us, before moving to another hotel across the Island

This is really a beautiful place for couples, partners or friends. The accommodation is very good and the personnel even better. It’s a quiet environment, away for the partying and with all the possible leisure-aspects you could wish for. Food and drinks are also on the level you expect. I recently stayed at Siau Hotel and I have to say that the service I received was exceptional from the moment I arrived. The staff went above and beyond, addressing me by name and making me feel truly welcomed. The cleanliness of the room was impressive and the comfort level was unmatched. However, what really stood out to me was the dedication of the employees. Their commitment to their work was truly exceptional and it enhanced my overall experience at the hotel. Whether it was the bar or any other facility, the service was amazing and I can confidently say that Siau Hotel is now one of my favorite places in the world. I would like to give a special shoutout to Remy, Rocio, Alba, Ahinoha, Andrea, Martha, Aurora, Arabia, Manuel, and all the other staff members who worked behind the scenes to provide the BEST service possible. In July my Mum and I enjoyed a lovely relaxing week at Siau. We visited last season and this year was just as good! The setting is simply stunning and the hotel super stylish. The food and beverage quality is excellent. We took part in a fabulous Hierbas workshop and a really fun art class, both recommended by charming Robby. The pool area has loads of beds and space to chill out. Perfect for lazy sunbathing days!! The staff are very friendly and kind. Rafi, Irving and Irene at reception, Gonzalo and Kiko at breakfast, and Laureano (Tino) the life guard all deserve a special mention. I would highly recommend this beautiful hotel.
