We loved our trip. Perfect for what we were looking for (quiet and relaxing). Shuttle transportation was much appreciated and seamless. Our concierge staff member Tristan was amazing and everyone else we interacted with at front desk was friendly and helpful. I don't tend to re-book hotel locations (just like to explore as much as I can) but will definitely go back to this property in the future.

Definitely don't go here if you're a young person looking for a fun resort. There are no activities to do or anything interactive at all. There were no options on the rainy days so we were stuck in our room with nothing to do. The service was very slow; when we went to the restaurants it took us over 2 hours to get out, even though we ate our food in 20-30 minutes.
On the good side, this resort is very clean and has very friendly staff/service (for the most part; we had a couple servers get annoyed with us for no reason at all and were very rude). The rooms are very nice and get cleaned often.

We had a phenomenal stay with the Grand Residences, and I cannot recommend the Grand Residences highly enough! My friend and I travelled to Mexico for a relaxing vacation, and we appreciated that the Grand Residences is a quiet property, has a beautiful beach, and the staff is exceptionally friendly.
I specifically want to highlight and commend the Grand Residence's handing of our food allergies. My friend and I both have severe food allergies--fish, shellfish, various fruits, and certain tree nuts between the two of us. We were given woven bracelets that indicated we had food allergies when we ate at the property's restaurants. The restaurants' hosts and waiters always asked about our allergies. The bracelet allergy indicator is quite clever and darling! The front desk employee asked about our specific allergies upon arrival, so their system was also tracking our allergies from the get-go. We appreciated that the hotel has a separate environment to prepare food to avoid cross-contamination.
I also want to recommend a snorkeling excursion, which sets off from the Puerto Morelos town center, a short cab ride from the property. Our concierge arranged the excursion for us, detailed exactly how much the cab ride and snorkel tour would cost, arranged for a cab to take us to Puerto Morelos, and wrote down all the details for us. It was a 90 minute tour, and we saw 3 sharks, barracudas, needle fish, and a plethora of subsea wildlife!
We'll always remember this wonderful trip!

Grand Residences Riviera Cancun at puerto Morelos is an excellent choice for a vacation retreat. Located just a few miles from Cancun, it offers pristine private beaches. The service and hospitality are outstanding, exemplified by complimentary transportation in a clean, private Chevrolet Suburban for our convenience to and from Cancun International Airport. Despite our late-night arrival, the dedicated taxi operator patiently waited for us. Having experienced various top-tier, all-inclusive resorts, I can confidently say that this resort surpasses in both service and hospitality. Every staff member, including notable individuals like Johnson and Roberto, exhibited exceptional politeness and service orientation. Special recognition goes to Lisa from the concierge for her outstanding service. With fantastic amenities, delectable food, and impeccable service, our stay at this resort was truly enjoyable.

We feel overall the stay was excellent. Room was very nice and clean. Employees at this location are professional and kind and helpful. Beach employees were excellent especially Elisco. Breakfast, lunch and dinner was excellent, don't expect crappy food like in the United States. We will be back.

False advertisement - there is only one restaurant on site . It’s a lie that they have 3 red. Same menu for the restaurant on most nights- Service is horrible- I would never stay here again . Housekeeping is slow, makes excuses, either they It's show up with your towels or takes 2-3 hours . Front desk is just after selling you time share - no one helps. Worse experience .
