Really nice Hotel, with a fantastic location. The location of the Hotel was perfect, as it was less than a 5 minute walk from the Lake, which was stunning. Hotel was very clean & the Manager was really nice & he couldn’t do enough for you! Really recommend staying here ❤️

The room was perfectly cleaned. The bed was nice and comfy with a great big quilt. Breakfast included scrambled eggs, fresh bread/cake. The staff was extremely helpful and pleasant beyond what you would expect. All in all, I highly recommend a stay at Hotel Saltos Del Paine - you will not regret it 😊

Staff always available and smiling. The hotel is simple and could do with a little updating. Simple breakfast also. I was sick and the staff did everything they could to help me. The hotel is very well located, close to many restaurants and other services

Hotel with a VERY good location in Natales, very close to the plaza and shops. Super friendly staff. The beds are spectacularly comfortable, the bathrooms are OK and the breakfast is very good. I would return.

Comfortable hotel and very well located in the center of the city, the staff was very friendly at all times, they always gave us good recommendations for eating, the room had heating, good quality beds, the bathroom was spacious and had everything we needed. Breakfast could be considered the weak point of the experience, although it is true that it is overwhelming, it does not have much variety, for example in relation to bread, only ***** and packed white bread is offered, here it could be added Other bread alternatives, reducing the amount of plastic packaging in butter and jams, are details, but in general the experience was very good.

Highly recommended. The owner was very kind, he helped us with parking. Very good and abundant breakfast. Scrambled eggs made for us. Adequate price, comfortable bed. Good Internet signal. Hot room, as seems to be the style in Puerto Natales, but we were able to turn off the heating.

Hotel close to the lake and the central square. Room very well heated and bathroom in need of renovation. Decent breakfast. WIFI available everywhere. Hotel owner and staff always available and smiling. The hotel is simple and could do with a little updating.
