Great hotel, nice food, friendly peiple

Very warm and welcoming from the day one. All staff were brilliant and kind. Specially the young tall guy who took my suitcase and store it at the time of check out! During my 5 days stay he solved any issue I had in my room like issue with charger, lack of amenities and guid me for taxi. Restaurant staff were very sweet. Specially the guy at dessert section I asked what type of ice cream and as he didn’t know its name in English he tried to explain it in Spanish and even at the end he checked if I am happy with the taste?! So respectful. I have been almost everywhere but this hotel and this island is exceptional- please have me because I am coming back here very soon xx

Always stay in H10 when we go to the Canary Islands but this hotel was the BEST we’ve ever stayed in. Attention to detail was excellent. We had been advised in advance of ongoing work to further enhance some areas of the hotel but none of this impacted on our stay. We opted to use our half board f status to ensure at in the hotel at lunch and this was excellent. Pool bar and surrounding area was perfect and location of hotel was perfect to walk into Maspalomas each evening. We will DEFINITELY be returning in 2026.

This is an excellent hotel clean modern beautifully appointed in a lovely design and everywhere you look there are interesting features and seating areas. Lots of pools and seating round and away from the pool. We were there in March the hotel was busy mainly with couples. There was never a problem with either the restaurant or pool area. We could have eaten in one of the other restaurants but the food was so good and varied in the main buffet restaurant we never felt the need. The food was replenished with fresh food all the time no matter what time you came to eat. Would definitely recommend My only negative is the place is so vast on different levels and I did get lost a few times. A good reason to return when you have eventually sussed it out.

First, let me say that we both agree this is one of the best all-inclusive hotels we have ever stayed at. The hotel grounds are perfectly kept with many different plants and no rubbish or even loose leaves. The rooms are cleaned so well, even hard to reach areas were cleaned. We had a couple of faults such as the air con not working on arrival. There was a man from maintenance there within 10 minutes fixing the issue. The food is so well cooked with some amazing dishes in the restaurants (especially Sakura) with perfectly cooked omelettes to order in the buffet. We went privilege and it was well worth it for the drinks lounges that you can make your own drinks. We poured our own beer and prosecco all day so definitely earnt our money's worth. But the best part by far was the staff. We travelled with our 6 month old in March 2025, and admittedly, the majority of hotel guests were retired. And although every single employee I passed said hola to me, many of staff were obsessed with our child and made us feel so welxome, even remembering our name and preparing the high chair for us at breakfast and dinner. Special mention to some staff as I feel they need to be recognised - Cora and Adrian on reception; Angela, Natan, Marta and especially Minerva in the restaurants. We have never stayed in a hotel more than once, but this one we would definitely come back to and probably other hotels in the chain. The only negatives we had were the 2 single beds were not tied together so moved away from each other. The location is away from anywhere other than the supermarket and the beach and I would recommend a car (there is the hotel underground car park and free street parking, although no lift from the underground car park up to the hotel). And that the breakfast was not open anywhere until 7.30 which was late for us, especially due to our personal situation of having a small child.
