Hyper personalised service, simply outstanding. They go beyond to ensure that your stay is comfortable. Special mention of our housekeeper Vrushabh who did a fantastic job. Front office experience was also worthy of mention. My check in hostess Sapna ensured that all my preferences were taken care of using my Bonvoy profile.

Best five star hotel in India. Stunning property, food, club lounge. Room is really good with stunning vanity dressing and washroom. Club lounge is small but not bad. They should have more food & dessert options in the club lounge. 3 kitchen breakfast and the new year brunch was absolutely amazing! So many options and such nice presentation. Spa was amazing! Totally relaxed & rejuvenated

I was a solo traveller, in India for the first time and here for work and I was treated like a queen. Nothing was too much trouble. The restaurants were amazing, the room divine and housekeeping especially Sabinay was fantastic, ensuring that I had enough coffee, clean towels and water to keep me going. I felt incredibly safe and would definitely recommend.
