"One of the best 5-star hospitality experiences we’ve had for a family staycation. Honestly, this place is a hidden gem! I’m a repeat guest at this property and this time again, the hospitality was absolutely top-notch. Being a Marriott Platinum member, I’ve stayed at quite a few Marriott properties, but the way we were taken care of here was honestly above and beyond. A special shoutout to Mrinmoyee . She got in touch with me even before we arrived and was constantly in touch throughout our stay. Literally, just a missed call away whenever we needed anything. She was always on her toes to help with every little request, and almost everything we asked for was taken care of. When you’re travelling with family and kids, these small things make a HUGE difference and make you feel genuinely valued as a guest. We had originally booked a 2BHK and they upgraded us to a 3BHK, which was honestly super helpful for our family. They also did a lovely room decoration for us, completely complimentary. Really thoughtful gesture! Another thing that really stood out was their generosity. Even small things like the kids’ meals were provided complimentary instead of being charged separately. During happy hours, some of our family members weren’t drinking, and the team still managed to arrange food for them without any extra charge after taking internal approval. The waiter could’ve easily said no, but he went out of his way to help. These are the little gestures that stay with you. We also had a small confusion about using the stove and the staff came running immediately to help us. Housekeeping was perfect. Honestly, I don’t see much scope for improvement there. And the food… WOW! The room decor was lovely, but the best surprise for me was the pastry . I’ve had Pastry at so many places across the world, and I can genuinely say this was easily among my top 3. Super tasty, at least to my taste. I could go on and on about it, but then this review will become a blog Breakfast was decent too, with no complaints. For families, they also had some activities for kids, which was really nice. You can see that the team is genuinely thoughtful about family guests. If I had to suggest just ONE thing, it would be a small indoor play area for kids. Even if they could dedicate one small space/room for it, I think it would be a fantastic addition. This place already has so much going for it, and an indoor kids’ area would make it even more family-friendly. The gym deserves a special mention too. It’s HUGE, very well maintained and beautifully designed. I’ve used gyms at many hotels, and this one definitely impressed me. With this kind of infrastructure, I’d happily come back again. Also, I really want to recognise the gentleman at the pool. I’m terrible with names, unfortunately, but I remember seeing him around the gym and pool. "Right from walking into the property to do the check-in and request to hold the luggage in their room, to asking for an extra piece of water to handing over the laundry, it should all be pretty normal - right? No, not at this property NO ONE LITERALLY CARES - we need to put the luggage through the scanner, we need to pick- Literally most disrespectful team I have ever seen . A guest is treated first and told, "Okay, you can pay later, you like," and the guests are made to sit and literally count down all the clothes. Make sure that it's filled up rather than, in a rush, asking for help. This set of people at this property doesn't get anything. Literally the worst experience of me traveling for work in so many years. Unbelievable. This is crazy. I never expected that. I'll write this, but it's true: nobody should go here for business, absolutely nobody."

"When we checked in and we entered in the room bed and just when we sat on the bed it got broken and them they took forever to change the bed then they gave us alternative room which was not good ac was smelling so we checked out in the night only. Not worthy of money at all. Food was not bad but less varieties and no varities in non veg also no starters. In room they had nothing but a dental kit. Also we did not got any welcome drink as mentioned on the package. They had mini bar which is almost double price of the MRP. They even charge if you want to cleen the room. No iron as well. Worst experience ever."
