Though I could only stay for a night with my family at truly a, 'Stolen Heaven' by Sterling at Lonavla. It is not only a Stolen Heaven. It is a unique experience which satisfies your innermost desire to holiday in peace and to enjoy and have fun with family and friends. A perfect heaven abode with so many activities to keep a child and a grandparent involved and the food is not only tasty but worth each penny. Personal thanks to the GM, who solved our problem, so professionaly and to his team, which is a well knit family who serves the Guests with love and care. We wish you all the best. Disappointing Buffet Experience I visited this restaurant and unfortunately, my experience with the buffet was far from satisfactory. The buffet was left empty for nearly half an hour, with no food being replenished. After waiting patiently and notifying the manager about the issue, I was disappointed to find that nothing was done to address it. The staff member in charge of the buffet didn't seem to pay any attention, and there was no effort to ensure that the guests were taken care of. For a place that promotes a buffet experience, it’s unacceptable to leave guests waiting for such a long time without any action. I expected much better service and attention to detail, but sadly, this visit didn’t live up to those expectations. Would not recommend if you're looking for a consistent dining experience.

Special thanks to Harshal and House keeping staff for taking care n giving excellent services. This is very beautiful resort,very quiet peaceful place away from City surrounded by nature, hills. Very big property of 5 Acers. 50 rooms good place for any event.

We like the property & my parents are very happy for they are anniversary moment in stolen heaven. We will definitely visit in this year end. Staff are polite & humble. Some activities need to be add . Otherwise we enjoy the place................

I had a wonderful experience at this resort. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always going out of their way to make sure everything was perfect. The rooms were clean, spacious, and beautifully designed. I especially loved the pool area and the stunning views—it was the perfect place to relax. The food was delicious with a great variety at every meal. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this place to friends and family. Thank you for an unforgettable stay!

The most amazing experience I've had in a hotel my family. The staff is incredible i have check in mr.Ravi frant desk .The property is by far the most beautiful place in Sterling stolen hevan lonawala.They made us feel like family game activity in indor games . Definitely will be back. Thank you for the best time. Breakfast was an incredible experience.Drinks and ambiance were amazing

We stayed at sterling stolen heaven for 2 days..when we arrived at property check in was done very smoothly and quickly. They had best in house restaurant the food was very delicious. Hotel room was also very neat and tidy house keeping was also very active for any request made for them. There is activity manager with name sikandar he used to conduct different types of activities for guest like resort tour on bicycle the view there is very beautiful you can take great pictures and Housie, Painting competition and many more. I planned birthday surprise for my fiancee here so sikandar manged to decorate the room for birthday on very short notice...along with it he managed for candle night dinner near pool as well...So my overall experience was very pleasant and satisfactory.Recommended for couple as well as groups. Activity manager sikander clicked great pictures of us at property and any sort of request to resort was politely accepted

Sterling Stolen Heaven is a great weekend destination with lovely ambience and facilities for the whole family. Went cycling, lazed in the pool, played carrom, TT, and badminton. Tasty food and polite and prompt service. Overall a great experience!

Septic tank stinks, food was ok. Rooms were clean but ok. Inhouse games are available for kids and adults. The swimming pool is good and the property is clean. The issue is with a septic tank and the food test is ok . The chef is least bothered about your feedback.

We celebrated our son’s first birthday and my birthday on the same day, and the resort team made it incredibly memorable and unique. Additionally, the entire staff was extremely helpful and friendly, making our stay even more enjoyable. Being an earlier Sterling member since many years this property And the food is Much below expectations compared to other Sterling properties in South India which I have given 5 star ratings earlier. It’s Our first visit to this property and just checked in today however the rooms , food and property need to improve if they wish to compete in the time share market or other resorts. We ordered non spicy paneer dish having kid with us but was served very spice and oily
